I picked this up on sale, and using awards points- to be able to transfer files more easily between my phone, tablet and computer. When I first plugged it into my phone it wasn't obvious where the software was to do the transfer (in apps)- but once I found the usb backup icon and clicked on it, back up was a breeze. I'm looking forward to being able to transfer audiobooks and videos, as well, to the device of my choice.

I got this travel mug with my best buy reward points. I have many travel mugs but most don't keep my coffee hot anymore. This one does a great jot at keeping liquids hot- and will double as a thermos for long trips (20 ounce). I love the lock feature- so I can put this in any bag or purse without fear that the autoseal button will inadvertently get pushed, releasing the contents.
My only wish is that it had some type of collapsible loop that I could use to clip it to my backpack. It is so tall I am afraid it will fall out of the side pocket- but I don't think it will be hard to come up with something to remedy that. I also have the 24 ounce contigo water bottle and they are a great pair!

good value for the money

This is my first personal purchase of a Lenovo. My daughter got one for college last year (U410) and loves it. I wanted something even lighter- but my budget did not stretch to $1000 plus.
I looked at the U430 in a Best Buy store, and loved the specs and the responsive touch screen. I decided it was thin and light enough for my purposes (work laptop with some travel). I went online and found the same computer at bestbuy.com as open box for $50 less, with the OS upgraded to windows 8.1 and including a year of antivirus.
So far I have used it mainly for data analysis and report writing, e-mails, facebook and viewing pictures. I love that office can be synced between my windows phone and this laptop. Also the touch feature makes scrolling and checking/ changing reports sooo much easier. Overall a great computer!

What's great about it: good display, fast processor, good battery, ease of touch screen, thin and fairly light
What's not so great: have to disable wifi, dim screen to get really long battery life; a bit lighter would have been nice
