TV mounting holes not threaded
My old Samsung 26" flat screen had threaded mounting holes for mounting to my wall bracket.
The new Samsung 28'5 flat screen only has empty holes in the back. Have they changed mounting hardware or do I have to get a new bracket. The old bracket is about 6 years old.

TV stand
I'm going to set up a 40" flat TV in my main room and my bed height is 26".
In considering a remote controller sensor poistion on TV, I think that TV stand height from floor bottom to TV bottom should be at leat over 26" because TV remote controller could not reach a TV sensor if the height is below 26",
Can you recommend a height adjustable TV stand for my requirement?
If TV stand can swivel, it would be better.

Get you a TV stand with a built-in bracket on it so you can adjust the TV at a higher level
