Not designed for frequent use

The pan of this model is smaller than I expected (fits 4 slices of English muffins at most). The heating elements are exposed, so if your bread drops crumbs, some could get baked onto the element over time. The crumbtray slides out tipping down toward the back of the oven, so most the crumbs get dumped back into the oven when this tray slides out. I think this design was more for the eys than for actual utility. Not impressed.
What's great about it: good temperature control
What's not so great: poor functional design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
