Let me just say what a difficult choice this purchase was. I am still not completely sure I chose correctly.
I like that it uses a common size battery, not a 9v or some random button battery that hard to charge or impossible.
There are a range of issues: no strap or place to put a strap. Tape would work but maybe I don't want to keep taping it to stuff. I wish the audio cable wasn't just for iPhones -I had to but a adapter to make it work with my Moto x 2nd Android phone.
How does it sound? Hot is a good description so far. I haven't had much time to edit sound and see, it just doesn't sound natural? Not bad and way better than built in microphones.

Cheap.....But mostly in a good way

Cheap is not always a great thing. The leveling feet are flimsy feeling plastic which also are short so I ended up stacking books under the back to level the picture -the entire projector feel plastic and lite.
There is also no 3.5mm audio output jack; no option play movies -only pictures- off a USB drive. No wifi I or Bluetooth either.
Cheap can be a great thing. The lcd projector lamps are cheaper to replace than the led ones. Even a OEM one new from the manufacturer is less than $80. The colors are also very deep and bright even on EXO mode and blub life is supposed to be awesome.
This was the best price option even though I had to give up 3d. I made a screen that is about 6.5 feet tall by 10.5 wide out of black out cloth from the craft store- 12 feet or 144 inches diagonally! This picture is at night in my living room. The projector has resolution that would allow me to build a screen twice that size! It was this or the InFocus 114x.

The one thing I like about gift cards is they have to be used at a predetermined place. So if you don't trust the person you give it to it can be harder for them to spend it on something you don't approve of. Or it might feel less like a handout..

Honestly I am not quite sure the point of gift cards. You don't have the balance in front of you and if there is only a small amount left it's stuck on a proprietary card. Not only that but with these cards you have to choose a preload gift amount.

Paid $249. Most of my complaints really are unjustified for such a low price. I do wish that the mounting screws were stronger. I stripped most of them even though I drilled pilot holes. I had to use multiple cameras because the view is not very wide. I couldn't read a car plate from 15 feet away.

I feel like the USB feature could have been designed better, or at least a USB extension cord included because it's a lot of weight to have hanging so far out of a port. Speaker volume is tiny as expected. I would also like to have had a moniter function so the sound could be tested prior to starting a record.

Is this camera good with Vlogs or Music videos?
I would say yes for Blog, maybe for music video, because it lacks a mic input jack so you would need to hack a jack or use a external recorder and mix sound in post editing.
