Works!

I use it in...:Large home
The Good:
Finally I own a router (AGAIN) that gave me back the range I use to have with my original Netgear R6300 (and that I lost with the R6300v2 and R7000), now I have coverage to the farthest room in my house and stable coverage in my yard.
Installation was almost uneventful (For whatever reason I couldn't connect to the internet until I upgraded the firmware, minor problem), so far I have not experienced any stability issues, and my devices are not experimenting disconnections.
The Bad (and this is only a personal complaint that might be irrelevant to others):
Who designs the cosmetics of this devices? A group of young gamers that think that everybody wants a router that looks like a giant spider upside down? why did not use regular removable antennas? (I am guessing to save) unfortunately I have no choice if I want the latest and greatest. Again this might be trivial for most, this is just a personal complaint.
EXPENSIVE!
I hope this helps to make up you mind if you are interested in purchasing

Installation with Comcast was easy, all you have to do is let the modem self-install, for this all you have to do is connect the 6782 to a PC with the provided RJ45 cable and power it up.
You are going to see the different LEDs start to lit up one after the other and once solid open a browser page pointing to comcast, after a few minutes of activity your browser page is going to report that an update is taking place and to wait, after several minutes and activation screen will appear and all you have to do is follow the prompts. Have your account and telephone number or your Comcast ID and password handy.
The whole process took about 30 minutes. The advantage of the self install is that you don't have to deal with Comcast associates that will tell you that the modem is not in the Comcast list yet. When I checked my installed devices in the Comcast site I could see the correct model and S/N listed. I think this approach is better than calling and telling them that you have an SBG6580 (recommended by another user) because your equipment would be properly listed with the correct stream for it. Rating with speedtest.net was normal for my configuration.
After I proceeded to connect all my devices; Wi-Fi connection started to break, I blamed it on a hiccup of the adding process.
The first thing I noticed was that the range of the Wi-Fi 2.4 or 5G was shorter (about half) than the modem/router I was trying to replace. I spent the rest of the afternoon checking the configuration (@ 192.168.0.1) to see if I could get better range with no success.
Next morning pages did not open (lights on the modem were normal) but computer and devices reported “No Internet Service”, after I rebooted the 6782 everything started working but slower than the previous day, the modem reported ‘Serious Interference” in all channels until it went to “acceptable” by itself, at least everything was working but everything died again a couple of hours later when I was trying to stream a short video.
At that time I decided to go back to the equipment I was replacing (Motorola SB6141 and Netgear R6300, no issues with them my wife wanted less clutter) and I got back my range and solid connectivity.
I might have gotten a bad unit but I am hesitant to get another one and try, I think I am going to let the product mature and try again in the future.
For those interested in this device, it was installed on the second floor of a two story house (in a residential area) close to the center of it for better coverage. There is no close outside source of interference that I know of.
I Hope this helps.

Dive into your media with this LG 60PB6900 HDTV. To build a complete 3D home theater system, we recommend you purchase 3D glasses designed for this TV, a 3D Blu-ray player, high-speed HDMI cable and an A/V receiver that is compatible with 3D products.

Dont get it for the 3D.
By Infinity21 from Denver
The real reason I purchased this TV is for my basement for movies and games to be played in 3D. True the colors are great but after looking on almost every website I never saw that this has "Active" 3D not LG's famed "Passive". Active 3D is so unpopular because the glasses are expensive $50, You see a jutter (like an old movie), causes headaches and there is a way better option that costs manufacturers and retailers less money. I am so surprised that LG went this route. Every other LG 3D TV uses passive and LG is known for it. Passive is so much nicer that many companies are switching over to it. If you are buying this TV for the 3D component like I did then just don't. I know the price tag is nice but the 3D is terrible. If you don't want the 3D then get the regular model its $200 less anyway. If you want the 3D then look on Bestbuy.com for one that has "passive" 3D. Passive is like a movie theater.

Plasma TVs must use active glasses.
Did you see the problems you mention or you are repeating what others say about different HDTV models?

I ended up returning this Roku TV and purchased a Smart TV. I think I just didn't realize what I was getting.

What?

This is a SmartTV that instead of a proprietary streaming system comes with Roku built in (Roku was the pioneer in streaming devices and in my opinion happens to be the best streaming device available), my guess is that you simply did not know how to set it up. A pity because this is an excellent HDTV for the price ($219 as of this writing). By the way I do have one.

I was concerned about the speed too so I google it and found this at http://theharddriveblog.blogspot.com/2013/02/4tb-seagate-stbd4000400-desktop-hard.html, aparently even at a slower 5900 RPM this drive beat WD Black series because of its using just 4 platters, so I am going to keep it.
