Does not fit the screen properly

The Samsung S7 (standard model) has a slight curve on the edges of the screen. It is not a dramatic curve like the Samsung S7 Edge. The Zagg InvisibleShield Glass Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S7 leaves about 1 centimeter on each side (left and right) that does not adhere to the screen. The screen still functions but eventually the gap under the screen protector is going to fill with dust and lint.

This is the 2nd ZTE phone I have purchased. The ZTE Maven was just the right price for the large screen size and memory and the fact that it was for my teenager. They can play the games they want and it is fast. They get a new phone without me spending a lot of money. This is also a replacement phone, so all I have to do is put the SIM card in and it works with my current phone plan. No new contracts and no added fees.

Easy setup but needs more work

The setup process was easy enough for anyone who has added a device to their wifi network before. Good news: You can cast from your android phone, tablet, or computer running the chrome browser. Bad news: I expected more cool chormecast apps than were available. I also did not find any good media apps that would let me choose which device to play to; chromecast, tablet or computer. There are a lot of chromecast only media players to choose from and not a lot of games. Sharing my android screen, tablet or phone, with chromecast also caused chromecast to crash after a few minutes. If you want an easy device to play Netflix and Youtube on, then you should buy this.

Will it automaticly change from heat to emergency heat
If your current unit has wires for emergency heat, then yes. There is also a difference between manual and automatic emergency heat. They are two different wires, but either way they will go in the same spot on the new controller.

I am going to buy a smart HD TV . Can the google chrome cast be used as HD set top box? Is it a good substitute for HD set top boxes rented out by cable companies?

This does not replace your cable set top box. Not all cable channels have an app to display their content, and sometimes not very well if they do. And if you have a Smart TV it probably has the same apps as chromecast already.

You answered yes to the question " can this device put Netflix from my laptop to the TV. Will the picture fill the screen on my large TV?
Yes, as long as your TV can handle wide screen HD or SD. I believe you will still need the Googlecast extension app for the chrome browser as well if you are not casting from a phone or tablet.
