I had issues

I purchased this to mount my new Samsung 5500 series smart LED. The mounting hardware to go from the wall mount to the back of the TV wasn't compatible. The wall mount came with plenty of screws and options, but none would work just right. Attaching the wall mount to the back of the TV is about as simple as it gets, or at least should be! If you were to use the four screws that fit into the back of the TV ie correct thread you would have a gap between bracket and tv. Now I know the wall mount came with spacers to also use, These spacers when used with the appropriate screws would not work. I will provide a picture you can see how the screws are flush on the back of the TV now with no spacers. This took multiple trips to the hardware store, Also went back to speak to the sales staff only to be assumed an idiot. You will also see the limited range on the bracket which claims to support tv's 15/37. Mine being 32.

Very happy with the TV I purchased it to mount on the wall in my bedroom. Excellent picture only downfall is the sound isn't the best. This could be due to having it mounted on the wall?
