this is fourth and best release from the band in my opinion. Myles Kennedy has the perfect voice to go with Mark Tremonti's guitar. the sound is harder and heavier without sacrificing the melody they are known for. just a great straight up rocking record.

sounds allot like Genesis. maybe it is because it is his son Simon's band but it has the elements of the classic Genesis sound. I am talking about the progressive Genesis sound not the pop sounding version with the horns of the 80's.

if you like hard rock and metal with a taste of the blues then this is the cd for you. this is not the same sound as the band had in the 80's. this version of the band has the very underrated vocals of Paul Shortino with his blues influenced style adding to the mix. if you are looking for a good time buy this and crank it up!
