Is (or when will) Windows 10 Pro 64-bit retail version (not the OEM version) be available on DVD?
Though installation with a DVD is slower than with a thumb drive, I'd still rather have one. Burning a restoration DVD after installation with a thumb drive just won't do. Thank you.

can I operate a larger monitor from my Toshiba Satelite laptop , if so how is this acomplished ?
Sure just plug in the VGA cable into laptop before you start up the laptop. It will start up on the external monitor. Then you can go into Display settings and decide which monitor you want as your primary monitor.
