Not well constructed

Verified Purchase:Yes

This product worked fine for about a month, then it quit charging. I don't believe that it was a battery issue, but rather, the connector cord no longer worked. Attempted to remedy this through Best Buy, but they are unable to assist if the purchase was more than fifteen days ago. Well, mine lasted a month. I'm undecided whether to hassle with attempting to contact the manufacturer. Best Buy couldn't even offer advice on how to proceed in my attempt to exchange directly from Mophie. Frustrated with the product and its seller.
