Wonderful features

I would have rated it 5 stars, but the first one broke in less than a month. The "Geek Squad" phone person, Ron, who gave me misinformation in a previous situation, tried to tell me that I'd have to contact Samsung. I told him that I bought the refrigerator from Best Buy because I was assured that they would back the warranty, and do the service/replacement calls. He was immovable. Thus, I called back and spoke to someone who told me that I was entitled to a new unit, and that it would be delivered on a specified date. She also stated that I'd get an e-mail, and/or phone call one day prior to the delivery date to give me a time window for delivery. No e-mail arrived. When I again called the Geek Squad, I was once again connected with Ron, who told me that "They don't do that anymore." The next day, the day of delivery, I again called, and spoke to Roberto, who confirmed that the e-mail should have been sent, and that he was just about to call me. I wish that I knew who to believe. You have great products and great prices. Your phone people, however, make dealing with your store a real challenge.
