My only negative for this is the shape. It's a little wonky and sticks out a little too much. Other than that I love this Airport. It's much more powerful and reliable than the previous versions and the configuration is a cinch. Highly recommend it for the Apple enthusiast.

This Samsung 340W soundbar provides intense and powerful sound. It is a wired soundbar system and has Bluetooth, HDMI and USB connectivity so it can be versatile to suit your sound requirements. This soundbar is 37.1 inches long and comes with a 7-inch subwoofer for wholesome sound. The Samsung 340W soundbar can be wall mounted for convenience.

I have the Samsung 6550 tv which seems to have sound problems of it's own. Can I connect directly from the STB to the soundbar? I would think that the bad signal quality coming out of the TV into the soundbar would only be reproduced.

Snap, it all depends. If it's the actual source causing the problem, then you're correct the sound bar would sound the same. However, if it's the built in speakers causing the issue and not the signal then the sound bar would bypass the speakers and would sound immensely better.

How do you turn on surround sound when I push the sound button in the middle of the remote it just says surround sound off do you have to have the rare speakers for surround sound to work

You do not have to have rear speakers. To turn surround Sound on press the Surround Sound multiple times to toggle it either on or off. Unless you are in a small room the Surround Sound feature will make the audio sound funny IME. To get the best Surround Sound functionality I do recommend the wireless rear speakers. They add quite a bit to the movie/TV watching experience. Hope that helps.

Drive music to your loudspeakers in your home cinema system with this Yamaha A/V receiver. Extraordinary 5.1-channel performance delivers absolutely precise sound perfectly in sync with your video, and it supports 4K resolutions so that you can enjoy equally stunning visuals. This Yamaha A/V receiver can connect to Bluetooth for direct streaming from your smartphone or tablet.

Will I be able to hook up a Center speaker?

Yes. It's has 5 channels for speakers: 1 for center, 1 for left, 1 for right, 1 for back left, and 1 for back right. The .1 is for a subwoofer connection via RCA.

I have a 4.1 set up. No center channel. Will this receiver work?

Yes. You could have a 1.1 and it would "work" i.e. there would be sound coming out of both channels, but without a center channel the sound will not be very full or clear. The center channel does about 60% of the work for movies and music with most of that 60% comprised of vocals. I'm sure there's a reason you're not using a center channel just wanted to let you know.

Utilizing dual 8" copper-spun IMG woofers and a 1" aluminum diaphragm-compression LTS tweeter, this Klipsch Reference R-28F floorstanding speaker creates a crystal-clear cross-spectrum soundscape.

What is the best Center channel to pair these with?

I used the Klipsch R-25C and it sounds great.

Looking to match these speakers with a Denon AVR-X2300W. and a Klipsch - Reference 12" 400W Powered Subwoofer (I'll get a wireless feature for this later. Two subwoofers are going to sound great.) Mainly for movies. Is it all worth it?

In my opinion, yes. They sound phenomenal. They've added the much needed depth and clarity to both my music and movies. I can finally turn movies up and still hear everything with crystal clarity. They don't sound muddy or "woofy" at high volumes. Oh and playing games on Xbox One with these is pure exhilaration (also with 2 subs). I'm going to be bi-amping them soon. I have zero complaints about these speakers and wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.
