How do you switch between automatic and manual focus on the lens? Isn't there supposed to be a toggle switch thing on the side of the lens??

there is a wheel on top right side that switches between different modes. It also switches to manual mode

Does both lenses 18-55 and 70-300 have VR or only one lense ?

The 70-300 is not VR. 19-55 lens is VR
