Excellent performance, but verify the model number

Our old dishwasher was going out. I had already replaced both motors and decided it was time to get a new one. My wife and I researched options for a few weeks and decided this time we would go above the $500 price range, but not over $900. We read many reviews, settled on the needs vs. wants. Then subscribed to Good Housekeeping for 1 month to read the reviews of the "finalists" we had chosen. This was the winner in our book.
It tells you in the manual not to pre-wash the dishes. We've had it for a month and have not pre-washed a thing. I have deliberately fed it cooked on egg, dried waffle batter, greasy pans, and dried red sauce with no problem. It's not a miracle worker, so we've had to put one or two dishes back through, but it really does an amazing job. So much time savings, so quiet, and the adjustable rack really comes in handy.
When purchasing, you have to specify the model number. Why? There are two versions of this exact product at the same price. One is stocked everywhere, and lowes even has a specific product number (making it hard to compare products). That's not the one you want, Good Housekeeping Tested it and it scored 20% lower than this one. You want this one(SHX3AR75UC), and yes, you'll want to wait for them to order it. They'll try to push you to buy the one they have in stock. We purchased at Best Buy because it was the only place in a reasonable driving range that had it in their warehouse.
