Picked this up on the one day it was reduced by$100, score! Love the phone, great weight, thin profile and for a 6" it fits will in the hand. What's not to love about the 4000 mAh battery and battery tweak functions? I do think that the Galaxy S8 Active however with same size battery lasts longer with same usage. Love the two facts that this phone came with its own case and screen protector already attached. Case had a slight grip to it and I haven't stopped it yet. No wireless charging but the fast charging on this phone is Uber fast!

What a great laptop for the price; purchased back in 2016 and it's still going strong. These things were built tough and I love the Windows 7 Pro it came with. Have been using it without the biometric sensor since I thought the hardware wasn't installed, BUT... After browsing some HP Support site and finding 3 different drivers off HP Support, I can now log in with a swipe.
If you contemplate this PC and the sensor isn't working with W7Pro then you'll need (Validity Fingerprint Sensor Driver, HP Client Security Manager, and HP ProtectTools Security Manager). All accessible from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-elitebook-8470w-mobile-workstation/5212917.....I'm sure if it comes with W10 then you might be able to use the Windows security Biometrics. If you need a great, stable and inexpensive PC then this is a great buy!

Upon removing TV from box and turning it on, discovered screen had a spider crack stretching entire width and was not noticeable with screen off. The Asst. Mgr. questioned me about how I transported the TV and told me SAMSUNG holds liable the customer if it is not transported on its side (thin part of box) not on front or back since screens are thin and can flex. Told him I transported it on it's back. BB replaced the TV but before leaving brought up a new exact model, unboxed and plugged in to find the same spider crack in the same place... Obviously not my fault and asked him if he'd seen this type of damage before and he answered "yes". Said that when a product travels thousand's of miles by sea, land and air from KOREA that damage can occur... Third TV worked out just fine, glad they had so many in stock.

Read reviews since it was PNY and I usualy buy Sandisk or Transcend...Anyways reviews from BB where awesome and it came with a license for 2014 Acronis True Image HD. Used the SSD to replace a Kingston 120GB in CF-30 Panasonic TOUGHBOOK and the Acronis software is better than my paid version of EASUS PARTITION MASTER...Natuarlly though since I had a license for Acronis then I upgraded to 2016 True Image (discount). SSD was cloned with software a booted up perfectly after swap with the 120GB. Can't go wrong with 240GB for price and Acronis++++

Never did get it connected to my ROKU, otherwise connected no problem to LG TV, SONY dvd/BluRay, and LG Soundbar. Works fine if you enjoy 1st clicking the app, then clicking which remote you want to use, then if you you need to scroll a certain function it's pretty monotonous.... You can't click to move it's all about a swipe and 1 swipe moves your curser one step. Tried to remap buttons but did they work? Got frustrated with this and returned it, maybe you'll have better luck; would rather pick up 1 of 4 remotes click a button and be where I need instead of of this for the sake of having more to do with 1 device....

Can we buy this product from BestBuy and add Dell premium support + accidental damage (from Dell), as the Geek protection seems costlier than Dell's support + accidental damage protection?
Yes; you can as long as the product is purchased new and not an "Open Box" purchase. Just get in touch with Dell Sales after you register the product and the product shows up as you being the owner from your Dell Account page. The difference in price from what I found was $99 for Dells extended 1-year warranty vs. BB Geek Squad $129 warranty.

My hard drive is full. Does this act as additional storage automatically or do I have to transfer files to it manually? Can I store or back up software on this drive? Am I better off adding an additional hard drive to my desktop internally?

This is a great option for mobile extension/ image for recovery and after putting away for recovery if needed but with cheaper prices and faster drives available for large capacity Hard Drives (HDD) or Solid State Drives (SSD) I'd suggest if you want a permanent change purchase a larger, possibly faster (SSD or 7200rpm HDD) and clone your exisiting drive to the new drive using MACRIUM FREE software...
