Had to return after one week

Tired of replacing HPs every year, we purchased this toshiba. We like the overall function of it but had a scare after only one week when systems such as the wifi started shutting down. Bestbuy replaced the computer and so far, everything has been great with the replacement.

Can you transfer all data from old computer to this one?
Most data transferred from the backup of the old unit- via the microsoft acccount.
