The guide is very comprehensive and includes an e-guide version which is great for second-screen map viewing while playing. If you get this collector's edition, you get an extra small lore book and some additional art pages. For a lore-junky they're really cool, but not necessary if you're just looking for the guide. If that's your goal, I would suggest just getting the electronic version.

I've only used this one time so far, but it worked great that one time. Made some shredded buffalo chicken, and after 7-7.5 hours on low, the chicken breasts just fell apart as soon as I touched them with a fork. Really pleased with that.
It's got a bit of a large counter footprint, so can be hard to find easy storage in a crowded kitchen, but that's to be expected with any slow-cooker. I wish it had a retractable cord or at least something to wrap the cord around, like other models, but that's really the only (minor) complaint.

I like the Xb1 controller better than the Ps4, but to be honest I miss the X360 controllers. Once you start playing for more than about 20 minutes though, you really don't notice much of a difference at all. On the downside, 90% of xb1 gamers will never need a second controller. Who is going to split-screen anything, anymore? The days of on-the-couch multiplayer are pretty well over unless you're playing something on the Wii U.

This is a game that knows it's a video game and uses that knowledge to great humorous effect. The art style is wacky and the characters are all a bit silly, but in a good way. It's super colorful and the gameplay is a ton of fun. It's like Tony Hawk mixed with inFamous mixed with the weapons from the Ratchet & Clank series, and then given a coat of neon paint. And those respawn animations! So fun!
