I don't have any complaints with this washer thus far. It seems to clean the clothes well but I really haven't washed anything that was super-dirty yet. There are all kinds for preset wash cycles plus you can make your own wash cycles (water temperature, spins speed, soil level) and save. I just normally use the normal, towels, and bedding settings. My wife is in the dental field and we bought this to be able to sanitize her scrubs. We haven't actually used that setting because the cycle will run for a couple of hours. The washer seems to sense the amount of clothing in the washer and adjusts the length of the cycle accordingly.

Fit more laundry in every load and still be gentle on your clothes. This extra-large Samsung dryer uses less energy, fights off wrinkles and odors, and avoids damage from snags and over-drying.

No complaints about this dryer. The sensors on this thing are great. With our old dryer (which had "sensors") the clothes would come out very hot. This new dryer, they will come out warm but dry. I would guess that this is probably better for the clothes, plus it saves energy by shutting off when it's done. I've used several of the settings, such as bedding, towels, and normal. The refresh and wrinkle release settings are nice as it will run for 15 and 20 minutes, respectively, to freshen up the clothes. The wrinkle release is nice to keep from having to iron so much.

Our 420 sq ft bedroom in in the lower level of a split-level home and it tends to stay about 5-7 degrees cooler than the main level. We'll turn this heater on about 30 minutes before we go to bed and it will have the room warmed up a few degrees by the time we get down there. The built-in thermostat might be off a little bit because if we set it at 64 it will keep the room at 70. Not a big deal once we figured it out but the first night it got too warm in there! Overall, I think this was well worth the money. It's compact and the wireless remote makes it easy to adjust the temperature without getting out of bed.

SOUND/NOISE
Hi there! We are not stuck on a front or top load, what we are stuck on is NOISE. We were told by someone that top load machines are much quieter, but a lot of the reviews for this model says it's quiet. We are putting our laundry right next to our bedroom, hence the quiet request. Would you suggest this washer or a different one for least noise? We purchased an LG top load washer last year for our previous home and we did not like it. It was loud and did not clean our clothes. The matching dryer was amazing though. Thanks in advance!!
I wouldn't consider this a noisy model. Ours is down the hallway from our bedroom and, even with both doors open, it doesn't disturb us if we run it before going to bed.

Is it a 5.6 cubic ft or 4.5 cubic ft
It says the washer is 5.6 cu ft .15 cycle..... And so on,but when u read in specification it says 4.5 cubic ft, wats the actual size/ capacity. Thanks
It's a 5.6. I believe they make a 4.5 cubic foot model as well.
