Its enough to hold my A6000 with one lens attached to the body and one additional lens.The two side pockets are a plus, I have yet to use the front pocket (just got the camera so I'm playing around with it quite often). However inside is niffy little storage slot for a SD card so once I put the camera up for more than a week or so I'll use it to store the SD card. The strap can be a little uncomfortable after a while, but the grip built into the case is nice and soft. All in a good case to house the camera and 1 additional lens. Along with an extra battery and charger courtesy of the side pockets.

Will this work with an old 4S iPhone?
yeah it creates its own wifi so it doesn't rely on any new technology just sync it as you would with anything else and it will do the rest. Theres an app on the app store that allows you to view everything stored on the device. Hopes this helps.
