Very Good and Capable Lock
on February 27, 2024
Posted by: Wishkid
This Aqara U100 smart lock is very well made and looks nice. The square shape is sleek and the silver color will go well with modern designs. It came nicely packed and to my surprise it included a wireless hub (Hub E1). The hub is not necessary to use the device, however it is needed if you want the remote capabilities and automations. This lock works on Bluetooth and Zigbee technology. Despite it having Zigbee, after several tries it did not pair with my Smartthing. Installation was not hard at all, it took me about 10 min. However, in the packaging it does not include an installation guide. There’s a QR code in the supposed to be user manual which will take you to an installation video, and the actual user manual is another QR code. The reason for my quick installation was because I did not have to remove the deadbolt or the strike plate. Maybe because it was from another smart lock, but either way that would only add up another 5 to 10 minutes.
Once the lock is installed you’ll need to download the Aqara app to set things up. The app was simple to use and to navigate. If you end up setting the hub first, from the hub settings you can bind and set up the lock at the same time. This lock has plenty of features, one of my favorites is the auto lock right after you close the door. No need to do anything, just close the door and it will lock immediately. That being said my least favorite was the normal way of locking. You have to press the and hold the lock symbol for a few seconds. I found that to be annoying coming from another smart lock with fingerprint locking and unlocking. Not even entering your code will lock the device. In other words you will depend on the auto lock features, and that has to be enabled manually. I’m pretty sure that can be fixed with a firmware update.
There are several ways to unlock, either with a physical key, key pad, remotely, fingerprint and NFC tags. The fingerprint scanner works like a charm, I just had a few missed reads here and the but for the most part was very responsive. You can add multiple fingers too. The locking mechanism was fast, one of the fastest I've used and I own several smart locks from different brands. By sliding down the cover underneath the keypad, it will reveal the keyhole. It will work just as you expect from any other lock. This lock can be used with automated features; the problem is you will need to either have more Aqara devices, or ink the E1 hub with Smartthing or IFTTT. You can link your Aqara account to Google Assistant and Alexa. But to be honest they are both limited in what they can do when it comes to automation. You can definitely control this lock with a voice assistant. For those with Apple homekit you are in luck. You will be able to use your iPhone or Apple Watch to unlock the door right out of the box. I tried doing the same thing with Android phones and smartwatches and it did not work. The closest one was the Galaxy phone, I was able to add a keypass to the Samsung Wallet, however it didn’t work. Last but not least the included NFC tags work beautifully. All you need to do is present the tag to the door and it will lock and unlock the device.
The lock has a built-in speaker and is kind of loud too. I like the sound of the alarm when you enter the wrong code. This device uses 4 AA batteries and they are included. Manufacturer claims they will last approx 8 months and of course that all depends on the usage. Comparing it to my other devices I would say in the real world it will last around 4-5 months which is still great. The included E1 hub is a small USB dongle that can be plugged anywhere in the house. It works on Zigbee, 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi band and just recently they added Matter support. However, Matter seems to be limited. After pairing the Hub via Matter to my Smartthing I was only able to see the lock, not the other devices connected to the Hub. This hub will add automations and the ability to control the lock away from home. You can bind other Aqara products to this hub as well. I really like this hub due to its minimal design and capabilities and pair with the Aqara app automations are easy to create.
Overall I am very impressed with this smart lock and its potential, not to mention the included hub that supports Matter. Is very well built, easy to install, is modern and elegant, and supports plenty of smart integrations to include Homekit out of the box. With the included NFC tags makes this another convenient way of unlocking your door. I am very excited that Aqara is finally becoming a competitor in the smart home arena and am eager to see their 3 point smart lock in the US market. In the box you get the lock, 4 AA batteries, 2 NFC tags, 2 keys, USB Hub (E1), installation kit and user guide.

The solution for small office/business
on January 3, 2024
Posted by: Wishkid
This is a very well made and budget friendly office printer. Its small footprint makes it easy to fit where there's space limitation. Setting it up was simple after downloading the dedicated Brother's mobile connect app and installing the included ink cartridge. It took me approximately 10 minutes or so. The printer can be used wireless or wired via ethernet or USB connection. The USB and ethernet cables are not included with the package.
On top of the printer it has a small LCD screen and buttons to help you navigate through the printers menu. The screen itself is a small horizontal line that can display 16 charters. The printer's tray holds 250 pages and is capable of printing 36 pages per minute. Printing wirelessly was almost instantly and it prints very fast.
On the front there's a slot for manual paper feeding. You can insert the same type of paper as the bottom tray but you can also insert envelopes. The drawback of that manual feeder is that you can only do 1 page at a time and it doesn't have a paper holder. You can actually start a printing sequence from that manual feeder and the printer automatically continues from the bottom tray.
The app was easy to use and to navigate. Included with the printer is a 4 months free trial of their Refresh EZ print subscription. The way it works is the printer will order the ink cartridge automatically once it starts running low and it will be delivered to your location. Their subscription prices vary depending on the amount of pages printed per month. They are actually reasonable, starting at $.89 per month for 25 pages to $24.99 for 1500. With that it also included extended warranty for the printer.
Overall this is an excellent budget printer for a small business or office. It is easy to set up and use. It performs very well and has multiple ways for connectivity to include ethernet and USB. In the box you get the printer, black toner, power cable, and some manuals.

Almost most perfect

These Sennheiser over the counter hearing aids are nicely crafted. That was one of the things that actually stands out from the many I have used. They look like regular earbuds and can be used as such but have the hearing aid advantage. Setting them up was pretty easy, you first need to download the Sennheiser Conversation clear app and then follow the onscreen instructions. The hearing aids are small and when you wear them they feel just like any other regular earbuds. Due to the ergonomic design they are comfortable to wear for a prolonged period of time. The nice thigh seal feels like noise canceling.
When in action they performed very well. By far these Senheiser are the only hearing aids that I have used that sound normal when in a conversion. What I mean by that is the people don’t sound like you hearing from a tin can. They sound just as they would without hearing aids. The same goes for the TV or sound system, and the lows sound just as good. These are definitely my go to for TV watching. When watching TV they sound really great with deep bass. It is like the TV connects to the earbuds. However, your own voice does sound like you're in a tin can just like any other hearing aids. You can listen to music, answer phone calls and even summon voice assistants like (Google, Siri). Music listening they do a great job with a good balance sound and really nice deep bass.
As battery life goes they will give you about 9 hrs and additional 18 hrs from the charging case. The case is kind of bulky but small enough to fit in a pocket. It can be charged with USB-C and it does include the charging cable. The app is simple to use and you can adjust all the setting from there. There are 3 different sound controls: Relax, Communication and Stream. Relax will give you a more quiet environment while Communication will be the main one to use. When you are streaming music in the stream tab you can adjust the sound slider between music and background or both.
There is something lacking here is a personal prescriptive adjustment setting. Example, during the sound profile adjustment, all you can do is adjust the volume from a pre-recorded conversation. In my case I was able to hear it just fine so I didn’t have to make any adjustments. Most of my hearing issues are low frequency which I cannot adjust the way I can with some other over the counter hearing aids.
Overall these Sennheiser hearing aids are good and comfortable but not perfect. It does have the best conversational sound out of any other hearing aids I have used. It has deep base and outstanding outside noise masking. They are easy to use and set up. They are comfortable and the battery will get you throughout the day with no problem. In the box you get the hearing aids ear buds, USB-C Charging cable, ear tips, charging case and manuals.

Great Idea but.....
on December 4, 2023
Posted by: Wishkid
This travel kit is actually a good idea. The fact that you can charge your phone and smartwatch at the same time in a small and convenient package is great. However, the execution was done kind of poorly. First start with the built quality. The construction feels a bit cheap and when you clamp it together using the clasp tab it is very flimsy. It also feels bulky when clamped together meaning this was meant to be carried in a bag not in the pockets. It doesn't include the watch charger so you have to use your own. The charger cord has to be wind around the kit through a groove and then plugged into the USB connector making it a little bit inconvenient. It does come with a USB-C to USB-A cable but not the wall charging brick. If you are in a place that doesn’t have USB outlets, which most hotels do, then you're out of luck. Also you cannot charge the watch using reverse wireless charging with the wireless charging pad. This travel kit has to be powered by an actual electrical source or power bank .
This device does work as it was intended and it comes with all the necessary tools. To charge your devices you have to connect the travel kit to a power source whether it is a USB socket or charging brick. You will know the devices are being charged when the white light charging indicator turns on. This travel kit is magsafe compatible and the watch holder is made for Apple watch chargers. If you have a magsafe case for an android it will work too. It has a very strong magnet so your phone will not go anywhere. The wireless charging capabilities are for any phone or device that supports wireless charging. The Apple watch charger does fit perfectly in the base and is very well secured. When both pads are laying flat on the surface it is actually a convenient way to charge both devices. It supports up to 10 watts wireless charging for Qi devices, 7.5W for Iphones and 5W for the watch. I used it with iphones, android and some earbuds and it worked flawlessly.
This could have been perfect if it had a more premium design aesthetic and the watch charger was built in. Overall this kit does what it was intended for and it included the necessary tools except that watch charger. In the box you get the wireless travel kit, manuals, USB-C to USB-A cable and an adapter.

Beautiful and Elegant like a watch should be
on November 26, 2023
Posted by: Wishkid
I have to say I am impressed with this Withings ScanWatch light. It is beautiful, elegant and well crafted. This watch is not like the typical touch screen smart watch you see out there, and to be honest I liked the approach. This thing looks like a traditional analog mechanical watch but with a digital signature. If you don't mention it, people wouldn't know it is a smart watch. This specific ScanWatch Light version is extremely light. So light sometimes I forget that I am wearing it.
On the top of the watch where the 12 position is, there's a circle. That's the grayscale OLED display. That little screen is part of the smart features of the watch. The screen acts as the information center for settings and all the health information such as the step counts and other things. This ScanWatch can track your heart rate, step counts, and sleep. For the females it tracks the menstrual cycle as well. It has a ridiculous 30 days rechargeable battery life as per manufacturer. It comes with Gorilla glass, and it is water resistant up to 50 meters. It also has a dynamic range accelerometer and multi-wavelength PPG to track the heart rate.
Setting it up is easy, download the Withings app and pair it to your phone. With the app you can view all your health activity progress similar to other health apps. One of the differences of the app is that some of the premium features require a paid membership to have access. The most important ones, like steps, heart rate, and sleep are free to access. App is easy to view and has all the health info at glance. Something they should have done was to add the watch battery life info within the home screen instead of going into my devices to view it.
After wearing the watch after a few days it has performed like a champ. It seems to be very accurate with the sleep tracking and steps. I really like how it detects the auto workouts. I don't get any notification or anything, it just does it. Once you go into the app you can view the workout it detected and how you did. I did find some cycling workout that I didn’t do. Maybe it detects that during my driving.
The OLED screen is pretty neat despite it being small it is actually easy to read and If you access it in a dark room the brightness is not distracting. On the screen you can view messages and phone calls. The displayed text will scroll several times on the screen giving you enough time to read it. With the crown you can view and access the menu. It is responsive but it feels a little fragile. I really like how the hands will move out of the way if they are blocking the screen when you access the menu. Once you’re done the hands will go back to the current time, that's pretty cool.
The charging station is what I found a little weird. You have to place the watch into the charging dock in a certain way. It does not work like others where you let it sit and that's it. I believe they did that because the charging pins connect to the crown and frame of the watch. The charging station connects via USB-C and it will fully charge the watch in a little bit over an hour depending how low the battery is. I do have to question the 30 days battery life because after 10 days, the battery life was about 25%. That 30 days is variable; it all depends on how you use the watch. I calculate that the 25% will give me another week or so. I do love that I don't have to charge it every night like my other smartwatches and even charging it after a week is still good for me.
Overall this smartwatch is unique on its own and it has its crowd. It is beautiful and well crafted. It works just like other smart watches but it has the traditional and elegant look like the analog. It is pretty accurate on your health tracking info and it has one or if not the best battery life than any other smartwatch out there. I honestly like this watch so much that I’m considering getting the bigger version. In the box you get the watch, charging station and cable, and some manuals.

Good cam with lots of features
on November 24, 2023
Posted by: Wishkid
The Essential outdoor camera a new addition to the Arlo camera arsenal. This camera is very well made and it has a small footprint. It is slightly larger than the Arlos pros but not by a lot. It comes with an internal rechargeable battery that will last up to 4 months according to the manufacturer. In about a week of use, the battery is around 80%. To recharge all you need to do it plug it to the power with the included USB-A to USB-C cable. The setup is very simple and took about 5 mins or so. If you already have the Arlo Secure app like myself all you need to do is add the device and follow the instructions. The hardest part is finding a good spot to mount it.
The mount itself is small and sturdy, kind of hard to get the camera out once mounted.
This camera comes with some nice features: motion detection, night vision, spot light, siren, and two way audio with noise canceling. You can also set detection mode zones and adjust the recordings to 120s and more. The 2k image it’s actually pretty good, and the zooming is very detailed. The night vision is also good but to see the color during the night there has to be some type of light like the spotlight. The spotlight is actually bright and the brightness can be adjusted. This camera lacks internal storage so you rely on cloud storage. The 130 degrees field of view is plenty to get most of your front or back yard. The speaker and siren sound are pretty much what you would expect from a camera this size, not super loud but loud enough to be heard.
Overall this camera functions as you would expect from Arlo cameras. It has good video quality and plenty of features without breaking the bank. It’s compact, well made and easy to setup and install. In the box you get the camera, installation kit, USB charging cable and manuals. Included with the purchase you get Arlo secure for 30 days.

Why settle for a single band when you can choose daily between two unique options? The Insignia NS-AWB412PKIM Silicone and Nylon Bands for Apple Watch 38mm, 40mm and 41mm (2-Pack) delivers the best of both worlds with two different bands to choose from. A durable silicone band with secure clasp stays firmly in place all day, while a soft nylon band with loop closure is comfortable for everyday wear. Both bands sport a water-resistant design for any activity, rain or shine. Two are certainly better than one with this Insignia silicone and nylon band 2-pack.

Nice bands from Insignia
on November 20, 2023
Posted by: Wishkid
These insignia bands are very well made and they come in nice packaging. They both feel good when wearing and they are very soft and comfortable. These are made for the 38 to 41mm apple watches. They are very easy to attach and detach and they fit the watch perfectly. This will fit on the 45mm too and it attaches correctly but there's a little gap on the sides. The nylon band with the two tones (pink and white) colors are pretty. The velcro on that band is very strong too. It has three velcro hooks that you can use to adjust it to your wrist size. The nylon band also stretches.
The blue silicon band seems to be durable and it’s great for exercising or all day use. It also goes well with pretty much any outfit. Overall these bands are super nice well made and go perfectly with your Apple watch. This particular set comes with the option to pick from nylon or silicone and a color that will go with the outfit. My girl loves them, and the best part is that they are not that expensive. In the box you get the two bands in a nice pullout packaging.

This insignia 7 port hub is one of those things I was looking for a while. I wanted a hub where I could expand my ports without the need to connect an extra power supply. This hub will give you an additional 2 USB3, 1 HDMI @4K 60hz, 1 USBC, 1 Ethernet port, and 2 SD card readers, 1 micro and 1 standard. All you need to do is plug it to your Thunderbolt/USBC port and that's it. The device itself is small and light. It comes with a braided cable which is flexible and easy to maneuver. I actually used most of the ports at once and the device handled the load very well. This thing can handle up to 85W for power delivery and data transfers of 5Gbps.
While using this with my Windows laptop I was able to free up the rear USB slots and use those connected devices with the hub instead. The ethernet connection works like a charm. No driver or extra software was required, just plug and play and I was connected to the internet. PC or Mac are not the only devices you can use this hub. This also works with Android, ChromeOs and IpadOs. I connected it to my mobile phone and used the HDMI to project the phone to the TV and it worked. With a Samsung phone it will launch the Samsung DeX on the TV and the phone will act as a mousepad, pretty cool. You can also attach storage devices while using the hub with the phone.
Indeed this hub sounds like the perfect hub, but it is not. The only USB-C port available in the hub is only for power delivery. That will be a trade off for those who's laptops has 2 or less USBC ports.
Overall this hub works and performs very well without the need of extra wires or power supply. It is nicely made and with its small footprint is perfect for travel. It has a variety of ports that will accommodate most types of peripherals and will not break your bank. In the box you get the hub and manual.

Perfect combination
on November 2, 2023
Posted by: Wishkid
The Yeedi Cube vac is a very well made device. It came nicely packed and it was easy to put together. I really like how the color coded the brushes which matches the color of the brushes placement on the bottom of the robot. That way you know where to install them. The integrated technology and the mop and vac combination it's the ideal cleaning robot. Again the built quality is superb. This robot has sensors all over, front, back side and even on the top. The top sensor does look like a camera. On the top of the robot it carries the water dispenser which is easy to pull out and put back. Part of putting your robot together also consists of the installation of the moping pad. The cleaning station it's huge and that's because it has a dust and water dispenser and also a cleaning station for the mop pad. It was pretty cool to see how it works. The station has a ramp to get inside of it and the robot actually does a reverse launch to get in it.
Before you start using the vac you have to download the Yeedi to set it up. That part was pretty simple after creating an account you scan the barcode of the robot and follow the instructions. The app it's simple to use and provides all the info and options to control the device. It does need a little bit of improvement as the tracking part was buggy. Sometimes the robot shows steady in one spot when it was actually moving. Like most of these types of vacuum robots they need to run around the house to start mapping it. Something different that I noticed from my shark vac is that the Yeedi instead of exploring it actually goes cleaning. I do prefer the exploration because it is faster and if for some reason the mapping was done wrong, you can quickly do it again as of doing a whole cleaning which takes longer. Mapping is one of the things this robot needs some improvement. Even with all the sensor mapping my home was a challenge. Because it was not getting it right. I don't have a big home. It is approx 1800 living sqft. On the second try it finally got it right but accidentally deleted it instead of updating. After that, it took about 5 more tries to get it right. Once your home is mapped correctly the robot will go to the specific spot and it is very accurate.
When it comes to cleaning it does a hell of a job and It has good suction power. The mopping does it very well too. In the app you can choose three types of mopping levels: low, mild or high. I kept it mostly high and it doesn't leave the floor too wet. Something I also noticed during cleaning was that the robot will travel in an angle instead of a straight line in certain areas. I'm not sure why. The battery life of this robot is pretty good. It actually does my entire home in one charge, and returns to the station with about 30-40% of battery life. My other robot vac has to stop at around half way to recharge. In the dust bin compartment there is a disposable dust bag, and it is very easy to change. Those bags are disposable and it comes with 4 bags. In the app it will actually tell you the lifespan of all the accessories. That’s cool!
In my opinion you will get the best performance of this device if you have non porous tiles or very little porous. My tiles are glossy porcelain and wood porcelain tiles that have wood like texture and it did a great job on both. The robot maintenance is also easy. The parts come out effortlessly. If something gets stuck in the robot, it will tell you because it also has a speaker and you will also receive a notification in the app.
Overall this Yeedi vac is awesome the fact that it does vacuum and mopping at the same time it's super convenient as having two different types of robots. It is super easy to install and easy to use. When it maps your home the right way is extremely accurate and does a great job cleaning and mopping. This will never replace your mop but it will maintain your home between full cleaning cycles. In the box you get the Yeedi vac, charging station, mop pad, 4 dust bags, two cleaning brushes, ramp extension and manuals.

Great PS5 Companion
on October 25, 2023
Posted by: Wishkid
The Sony H5 headset is a great alternative PS5 companion. These headrests are nicely built and they look great. They are very similar to my older H3 but these are wireless and more comfortable. They are black in color but you can get them in white. It came nicely packed with recyclable materials and no plastic. The foam pads are very soft, and they do a good job making the outside noise. I usually have issues with over the head headphones but with this they fit just nice and they can be adjusted. To mute the mic all you have to do is flip to mute. Mic is also adjustable and it can be bent. This headset works on its proprietary 2.4Ghz band so you have to plug in the included USB dongle to the device or your preference whether is a PS5 or PC.
On the left side you will have the mic and the volume rocker, headphone jack, and USB-C port . Again, that volume rocker had the same troublesome similarities I had with the H3 when adjusting the volume. However, they added a little bit more texture this time around which makes it a bit better. Something to get used to. The sound quality is pretty good and they are loud. It is nicely balanced but the same as the previous it falls short on the base at least for taste. On the right earcup you have a power button and a chat/game selector. This headset can be connected via wire using the headphone jack port and the included cable. It charges with the included USB cable and is rated at 28 hrs of use.
The Inzone Hub software on the PC allows you to adjust frequency levels using the equalizer option. There were a few presets as well. Honestly I didn’t notice any difference using the software, even adjusting the levels in custom mode. The software was actually conflicting with my video card when I was launching games. That can easily be fixed with a software update. I was using it with my Alienware with an Nvidia RTX 3070 when I encountered this issue. I actually had to uninstall the software.
When using it with the PS5 no adjustment to the sound was required, it just works. I find the sound to be much better with the PS5 console than the PC. You have to connect the dongle and set it to the PS5 setting. When adjusting the volume or muting the mic you will see an overlay of those adjustments on your TV. It’s like these were made specifically for the PS5. The dongle lights up white when plugged in and when using it with the PS5 in the dark it blends in nicely with the PS5 ambient light. Despite these headsets being made for the PS5 and PC, I decided to try them with my Android mobile device and it worked perfectly. I used a USB-A to USB-C adapter to connect the dongle to my phone and I was able to listen to music and make phone calls.
Overall these are very nice headset they look great and sound good. A good upgrade from the H3. They are very comfortable with good battery life. If you own a PS5 it is a perfect headset companion. In the box you get the headset, wireless dongle, USB cable, headphone cable and some manuals.

I really wanted to fall in love with it
By Anonymous from Fort Worth, TX
At the time I'm posting this, the Wi-Fi model ships with broken Books and YouTube apps (major advertised features). Motorola support said it's a known issue and an update is coming soon, but if they didn't catch this in testing it makes me worry about what else they missed. Researching online it seems this issue may only affect models Best Buy carries. Android has some great features but for a tablet that on paper is so much more powerful than an iPad I'd expect to be able to scroll down a page without jitters. The screen feels/looks inferior to iPad, in my opinion. Whites colors have a nasty yellow tint.

Looks good on paper
By Sam313 from Westland, Mi.
After spending $200 on a router you would expect a great working device, sadly to say that hasn't been my experience with this device. It is constantly dropping wireless connection and that was the main reason I ditched my old one.
I went through tech support trying to see if they even had a clue as to what could be wrong, but all they would offer was a reset, launch the router in rescue mode, upload latest firmware. This equals to the same poor results. I replied back telling them I have the same issues and they simply say (and I quote) " Your information has been documented and forwarded to the appropriate contacts for further review and improvement. " Meanwhile I'm left with a 200 dollar brick.
I'm going to exchange it for another one hoping I have a defective device.

Excellent Performance and Range
By Wishkid from Florida
I was very skeptical about this router even though after much research since Asus was not actually a router builder. I have owned this device for about 3 month and it has prevailed very well after the few hiccups at the beginning. First thing first if you buy this router make sure you update the firmware, that was one of the main issues I had in the begging after setup, some of my connections were dropping and that’s due to faulty firmware, I even though about returning it. After upgrading the firmware it took two of them, and the issue was gone. Second if your familiar with router setup use the advance setup not the wizard, I tried that and it was a pain in *** I could not get connected to the internet no matter what, so I end up resetting the router and do it the old fashion way advance mode, after that no issues. Another thing other has mention this router does get hot you don’t need to touch after setting it up but is something to mention since I experience it when removing some of the hard drive I have connect it to it.
Pros: Range is excellent this was one of the reason I replace my old Linksys E4200. Internet speed and routing are a pro I finally getting HD with no lag streaming two Xbox at the same time. I have over 18 devices connected to this router I it performed like a champ no wonders it cost so much. Cloud service easy to setup and you can access from any were including your phone. The two USB are a PLUS hook up two TB hard drives and your set, no need to store on your device and they are easily accessible. DNLA some people claim is not support it they are wrong, I have use it and it works very well specially if you have android phones and like to stream you can use your router DNLA to do that. Also this router looks bad ** it looks like it was made out of carbon fiber and the Status lights of the front are a plus you can easily know what’s connected and working and what’s not.
The Router Admin setup screen is not the best but not either the worst, there are pros a cons to it, one of the best thing you can see what’s going on in the main page such as clients connected it, USB, cloud, and so on. One thing I personally don’t like is that to setup 2.5 and 5 GHz you have to toggle between the two is not big deal but they could of make it simple to do it in one location. Another thing that is missing is the ability to hide guest SSID if there is an option I have not found it. Also you cannot rename clients connected to it, that’s something I really missed from the Linksys I could rename the client so I could easily identify what was connected to the router. Everything else such as setup a cloud service was very simple. Some more network knowledgeable people can take advantage of the advance power options this router has such as the QoS traffic management and other.
Overall this router does what it is intend to do, it cost a lot but you get what you paid for, and if you do research on this router will still come up as one of the best when it comes to performance. I highly recommended, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Update 4/16/2013
April 16, 2013
After I left my initial review few days later Router went bad, I honestly don't know what cause it. The router was not connecting to the web even though it was connect it to the modem, when browse internet could not find page after few refresh it work then it goes bad again, it happened wireless and also hardwire I performed some troubleshooting and firm updates but no luck. I would really recommend if you going to spend the money on this router you may want to purchase the warranty service from Best Buy it will save you any hassle in the future since you can take it to the store and get a new one. I received an RMA within 24hrs that wasn't so bad, the worst is that you have to send the router to them and pay for the shipping one way, they well send it back to you after repair and ground service I send it air 3 days service, that's awful service after speeding so much on this router. Any way RMA will take approx. 3 weeks according to them so if this router is your primary you will be out of luck, luckily my modem support WIFI. This comment will not by any means regret my purchase is an electronic device and they can go bad, this just an update since I cannot over write my initial review, I learn my lesson next time if you going to spend a lot of money on high end device pay the extra cash on BB warranty, you may not use it but look my situation now I have to wait 3 weeks to get a replacement, the router went bad approx. 3 month after purchased seen similar to other negative reviewers. But overall the router does what it supposed to do when is working. Knock one Star out for the awful warranty support, so it will be 4/5 stars.

Update2 5/14/2013
May 14, 2013
Finally received my router yes it took long time. Let me start by giving this router 5* stars and here is the reason why: Today 5/14/13 I received a new router not a refurbish but a new router in the box with everything. When I hooked it up guess what same issue started again so now in really convince is not the router nor the Modem. I was trouble shooting this thing for almost 5 hours until finally got the solution. If you have Comcast and you have the triple play you may received a modem Arris TG862 which act as a modem and wireless router. That being said, make sure you are using a Ethernet cable Cat5e( included with the Asus router) minimum Cat6 better, that will enable the T1000 connection between your router and the modem but that was not the problem. The whole problem was with the ISP all along the TG862 modem act as a router so when you connect your Asus router to that modem it will start having issues obtaining DHCP address. That's why it was dropping my internet connection because it was dropping the WAN because it could not renew or obtain that DHCP address. How did it notice going into the Asus router Log screen you will see many times WAN connection stopped then try to re-start. How to fix that call Comcast and tell them to turn the routing feature OFF from the modem and turn it into BRIDGE mode. That will let the Asus router to the routing and will fix that connectivity problem hope this help others in the future.

I seen the 4K picture in store and it looked awesome. But when I got the TV home and seen the screen in regular 1080 resolution I regretted it immediately. My friend bought the Samsung 65" 1080P 240hz the same day for $2500 cheaper and his picture and features are a lot better in my mind. I actually think my TV I replaced with this (samsung 58" plasma) had a better picture also. Disappointed!

Best of the Best
By Boomer from Houston, TX
This is my 6th Sony television and the best yet! This TV is an upgrade from my Sony 60" 1080p set. I love being on the cutting edge of television technology! Easy to set up and more apps than you will ever need. I also pre-ordered the 4k player. Hopefully it comes soon. The picture is astonishing! The 3D is unbelievable. What precise 3D should be. So much better than with absolutely no shadowing. Watching Avatar, the little flying creatures look like they are in your room. So much so, that you are truly tempted to reach out and grab one. I compared this tv with several others and Sony has the best picture, features, etc. Best Buy makes you comment using a minimum of 50 characters. Let me just sum it up with one word "WOW"!

Great features but dark scene performance kills it
By ErickRPG
I purchased a 75" because I wanted to upgrade when my 70" panel failed. The bright scene performance is amazing, even on 1080p blu rays. But because of the IPS edge lit panel when it is a dark scene the bad contrast ratio really shows. Lots of grey and it's very dull and washed out. I had read that this TV was slightly better in all ways than my LG 70LB7100. But to be honest with you, I think the 3D in this set is actually not as good as my old 1080p LG. And I think the blacks were even just a tad bit better on the older TV. When I say 3D it just feels as if the 3D does not pop out as impressively as the old set. There is no crosstalk. I ended up sacrificing screen size and went with the 65" OLED because black level performance on this set is horrid.

Does this support Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5.0? Other than wifi and Bluetooth what are the main difference between this unit and the non-wifi unit?

I was able to connect using the 2.4 band. The main different is that the non-Wi-fi cannot be unlock or lock remotely nor can be use with digital assistant like Google, and Alexa.

Sit back, relax and watch movies with this Epson video projector. This Epson video projector lets you connect a Blu-ray player or gaming console via an HDMI input for smooth streaming of your favorite media.

Hi, i am new to projector world and i am really confused to choose between 2100 and 880 model. Can you please help me to choose the best one fo home theatre

Just compare both model, look at the weakness and strength, and what you are looking for that fits your need and budget. Example if your want best image you have to go with 4K, if you don't care about that then 1080P will do just fine. The difference between the two that you mentioned is not a lot. The 2100 has 2500 lumens and a contrast ration of 35000:1 compare to the 880 which is 3300 lumens and a 15000:1. That being said with the 2100 you'll get slightly better image but the 880 is brighter. Also note that the 2100 is slightly bigger and heavier that the 880 and possibly a little more expensive and I believe is also a discontinued projector. So in my opinion I'll go with the 880 which may be cheaper and is a newer model, check my review and photos on the BestBuy website .

Hope this help.
