Yes, but with only 1G of RAM and a quad processor, it is very slow. The screen is also not a vivid as responsive as a Samsung.
I bought this for $130 but for the above reasons I found it way too slow for those type of apps and the Microsoft apps like Power Point, so I gave it to my daughter and bought the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 with 64 Greg memory an Octoprocessor and mine is currently using 10.9G for system memory. It is lighting fast and has an incredible screen very responsive and great color depth. But was $500.
So depends on your budget.
