I have purchased contract extensions in the past and have received one or two replacements because of the contract. One time I missed the deadline by less than one week. Being a good customer, I hoped the company would have helped me out with replacement via contract. It's up to the individual to buy a contract, if your printer will be idle for an extended period of time, I would say get the contract.

I had to purchase a new printer, the old printer was fine, but would not print after being idle for about 8 months. New printer came with ink, I am usually printing a lot, so I purchased an XL black. Well, I did not open the new box of ink. I live in Texas for the winter, about 8 months. I hope the ink will be ok when I return to my northern home. In the past, I have had NO problems with the ink, but have not needed to let a box of ink sit for a long period of time. Your guess is as good as mine if I will be able to use the ink next May.

my old printer was down for 8 months while I lived in Texas for the winter. upon returning, I could not print. I went through all the tutorials online to get the old printer to work. no luck and I was and am upset about the the quality of a printer that doesn't work because it was idle for a while. not happy so I purchased a new printer. upon my purchase, it was easier to set it up with wifi. however, the printer in Texas is doing the same thing, only being idle for 4 months or less. I will work on it again, with tutorials and trouble shooting, I hope I don't have to buy another printer for Texas.I just purchased over $50 worth of ink for a printer that doesn't PRINT! Old printer was fine, new printer is fine, but am losing money.

I love the size of my new Mac, 13 inches I think. I like the fact it is thin and light weight. the Mac fits nicely on my lap while I am watching TV and doesn't get hot on my legs.I have two desk top Macs and was using a PC in the past. I was frustrated with windows 10, so I purchased the Mac, since I am familiar with its system.
