LG customer service -5, Product 1. We bought the unit because it would fit in our space and had a door that you pulled to open instead of a button to push and open the door. It died after 3 months. If there is a problem, it was supposed to play a sound for LG to diagnose the problem. I called LG and they didn't even want to hear the sound, they just offered to refund my purchase price. While I am extremely happy with LG customer service, I am concerned they would not try to diagnose the problem before sending a refund.

Great camera for all occasions

The camera is great for point and shoot and getting long shots in focus with the 300 mm lens. Its larger than a coolpix and more versatile with better clearer shots than with a phone. I would give it a higher rating but I haven't used it in full manual yet. I've used it in low light, burst mode and for movies and it hasn't disappointed me. In capable hands, it's an awesome camera.
