This is my 2nd Note7 because of the recall and that was an unfortunate incident but it still does not take away the fact that this phone is amazing. Great photos, amazing screen, battery life is really good and wonderful features. If you are thinking about this phone but worried about what happened to the 1st versions, rest assure that the recall has taken care of the battery issue. Samung makes great products and I will continue to buy them.

I had the Galaxy S6 which was completely destroyed. Luckily I was eligible for an upgrade so I went big and got the Note7. The blue color is great. I really like how much slimmer it is than the Note5 but still has the nice screen. A lot of great features that I am still getting used to and exploring. Great battery life, fast processing. Totally worth the price.

I always get Geek Squad protection on a lot of my purchases. Most of all they are really great. The only downfall with the cell phone plan is they did away with the loaner phone option. So if you lose your phone, destroy it or take it swimming..you are unable to get a new phone right then and there. Wish they would bring that part back. Overall, its a really good plan. Better than Verizon

I have never been one of those fitness device people before but when the option to get this or 256gb sim card for pre-ordering the Note 7, I thought this would be a better option. I have not been dissapointed. Waterproof, shows the time, custom faces, custom notification, heart monitor, syncs with Samsung S Fit. Has a pretty good charge, generally 2 days or so. Charges fast.

Bubbles Everywhere

I had this installed by Geek Squad when I bought the phone on release day 8/19/16. The Geek Squad agent took 30 minutes trying to get it on. He messed up the 1st one, then the 2nd one was installed. Started bubbling and peeling along the edges. Bubbles did not go away in the center. Took it back on Sunday 8/21/16. This agent seemed to know what he was doing and also let me know to wait at least 24 hours to put my case on. So on Monday around 1:00pm I put my case on. No issues....On Tuesday 8/23/16, bubbles started forming along the left edge and peeling at the top. I contacted Zagg, they are working with me because apparently they offer a "case friendly" option that Best Buy does not. Not sure if they will send me a free one or not but at least I am getting some answers.

This is the 2nd pair that we have owned. The 1st pair just got worn out after a few years of constant use. Great sound, battery life and ease of syncing to device. Only downfall is that there are 2 on/off switches. If you do not turn them both off, then the battery will drain.

Can i upgrade with a 2 yr contract and keep my unlimited Data with Verizon?
Unless things have changed, no you cannot. We went through this a couple years ago and were told incorrectly. But it actually worked out in the long run because we set ourselves up on the shared 6gb plan and utilize enough Wifi that we rarely come close to going over (except when we try to). We actually lowered our bill by about $30 or so.
