This unit has a great sound + is versatile; I bought 3 of them; one for myself, my brother and sister. Sony makes great stuff. Has a bass boost button, could use a little more bass but the speakers are not really set up for that but it has a great sound overall and gets the job done. You can take it with you and plug it in anywhere so it's very versatile.
