Two thumbs up for the price of this printer as I have come to he conclusion that printers are disposable. When the ink carriage they use today clogs up it is about $80. to replace, another well planned obsolesces move by the companies to separate you from your cash. can i buy 2 units (4733B) to obtain total 6 functional handsets
to get a total of 6 handsets, it is cheaper to buy 2 4733B units rather than 1 unit and 3 additional handsets.will the system function properly with 6 handsets if the 2nd unit base is not connected to the phone outlet, essentially just used as a charger)?
Two base units might create a conflict between units, this question may be best answered by the manufacturer.

Must I use rechargable batteries?
The rechargeable batteries come with the phone, when they need to be replace put in the same rechargeable one. From past experience they will last for quite some time even with pretty heave usage.

How much can the volume be controlled? A normal conversation is about 60dB
