Goes on easy and protects the screen. Makes sure if you have pets that shed that you remove clothing that has pet hair on it or it can cling to the protectors back side when putting it on making you have to remove it and try to scrape off foreign objects. Also make zure to wash your hands, work in an environment free of debris and is clean, and to spray your hands with applicator liquid to avoid leaving fingerprints on the backside of the protector.
If done correctly protector will go on easy and not have any blemishes.
Only downside is that the HD protectors seem to be prone to smearing when rubbing your fingers on them when using the device. To get rid of fingerprints and smudges, I just wipe it using my shirt or pants.

Pros: ps3 and ps4 remote play and can play PS classic titles purchased on the market.
Bettery life seems to be pretty good

Cons: feels akward when holding if used to ps3/ps4 controller. Maybe using one of those holders that are shaped like a controller would help.

Really wish it had L2/R2 and L3/R3 button and not have to use touchpad or touch screen for them. When doing remote play it gets really difficult when playing games that utilize them. There appears to be no accessories on the market that makes it easie so a lot of ps4/p3 remote play games are a challenge unless you do the workaround so you can use dualshock 4 on ps4 and remote play at same time (search the web).
Cannot have multiple users on a single vita. Only way is to constantly do factory reset and log in to PSN using other account. You dont need to format the memory card (luckily) unless you want it available to other user, so having a memory card per person really makes it easier.

Had this camera for a couple months now...
The flash is not automatic like other point and shoot cameras. When you used the flash you have to press a button and the spring loaded flash pops up. The flash is all thin plastic housing and just looks ans feels cheap. This is a major step down from the previous model.
Canon appears to have fixed the battery issue that was causes the camera to power off and battery icon to flash when switching to movie mode and using zoom. Have not had a problem with tbis one. The battery still gets hot though when shooting movies and using zoom, but not as bad as last model.
This camea does take some getting used to. There are a lot of features and the focus takes some time to get used to how it focuses.
Overall a good product.

What's great about it: Awesome zoom, good picture (during daylight), lots of features... but most of all battery issues appear to be fixed.
What's not so great: flash is not automatic popup and feels really cheap. takes some getting used to for autofocus and features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What is the inrush current on this device? Will it lower the inrush current my PC power supply unit draws from the wall-circuit breaker on turn on? PC pwr supply unit has inrush current of 46amp and keeps tripping the 15 amp breaker.
Not going to help you. Current in = current out. So if you draw that many amps, you will still trip the breaker.
All these do is protect your device from surge and blackouts. They have a rating and running more VA than it is rated or even at the higher end will shorten battery life or even trip internal breakers.
Hard to believe a PC powet supply can draw that many amps. They dont even make outlets rated for more than 20amps and 15amp is what most residential outlets are rated.

I mistakenly drilled 3/8 masonry pilot holes when I should have drilled 7/32. What should I do now? Use anchors, mount elsewhere, other?
Problem with anchors are they can pull out. I would suggest either using larger bolts which would mean you would have to possibly drill out the base plate to accomodate them, or just mount in a slightly different spot and just fill the holes. If in brick you can fill with mortar... if in concrete fill with hydraulic cement and then drill the new holes in the new location.
That is what i would do if i ever made that mistake.

I'm looking for an adapter that i can run an hdmi cord from my comp into female end of adapter and the male ends are stereo a/v ends to plug into my dvd recorder
Search for hdmi to composite video. Thry have HDMI to DVI but i have not seen HDMI to VGA and I dont know of anything that is available to composit video (both are analog). HDMI is a digital signal. Composite video is an analog signal. There would have to be a digital to analog converter so it would not be a small adapter but a box. It would also remove HDCP compatibility which is what encrypts the signal between devices to help curb piracy.

Does this camera has a discreet shooting mode?
Flash is not automatic and you manually have to pop it up so unless you put the flash up, camera will not flash anything. There is no viewfinder so you really cannot turn the screen off since you wont be able to see what you are shooting. That is about as discrete as you can get with this camera.
