When I first plugged it into my computer (Windows 7 64x) it had a hard time recognizing it.Then it would not let me access it or format it.After a search on the web I found the fix if you have Samsung Kies.Go to run type in "msconfig" without quotes. Click on the startup tab.Then uncheck everything that has to do with Samsung Kies , reboot and then it should work with no problem , though I was reading there is more than one program it doesn't play "nicey" with.Mine works great after disabling Kies.
