I bought this shield and went home (after following the directions to a tee) had a terrible bubbled screen saver. So I took it back to BB and the geek squad said "your problem" you would have to buy another shield ($40) and pay is $15 to install it! Are you kidding. As I was leaving I mentioned to the front desk door guy. That BB had an epic fail! Customer service was a fail and I was about done shopping here. So he called the manager. She reapplied another shield (only charging me $15 for the application and giving attitude but softened up after her shield did the same as my application). At such time BB did not want to stand by the product. BB sent me directly to the vender and they wanted me to also buy another shield and pay application fee. So at the end I am in this shield $70 and it's fine. I would not buy this product again!!!

I would like to upgrade the ram, but I don't see the sodimms when taking off the back cover. Does anyone know where the sodimms are located?
from what i remember the salesman said there was no way to upgrade the ram so we bought more RAM on the way in...
