Is the sandisk ultra 32gb USB 3.0 version backwards compatable with USB 2.0? or even regular USB for that matter? My personal computer has the 3.0 but I think most of the computers I will use this on at work only have USB 2.0.

I'm not sure what you mean by 2d to 2d. If you mean 2d to 3d then yes, it does have that feature. I can't say I'm a big fan of using it but it is available.
