Lifeproof Fre case is really waterproof!

I purchased this case for the first time two yearsvago, and then went river rafting. My phone was in a non waterproof bag that was tied to the raft. After going over rapids the bag flopped into the water. The phone and Lifeproof case were submerged for over an hour. When I pulled the phone out of the bag floating in the water, it had been protected by the Lifeproof Fre case.
This case did its job and held up for two years. After two years of wear and tear it started to break down and needed to be replaced. I purchased this phone case again and hope it will last longer then two years this time.
