This is not "cheap" looking laptop! I have no idea why some people wrote that the material was "cheap." It's looks and feels solid 10/10.
It's much better looking than how picture might show to those hesitating. It's also very thin! I absolutely love it so far.

The only bad thing is the battery calculator which gives wrong "hours left" (I keep it on 'battery saver' and 30% brightness)
I am a PC user, I used to have HP Pavilion g6 series whose touch pad is so different so it takes some time to get used to if you are used to the separate buttons for clicking. This has Macbook like single touch pad which you use for clicking & moving the cursor.
Also, one more thing, be careful with this laptop, seems like it may obtain scratches very easily (mostly against hard surfaces (desk corners, etc)
Overall, it's been 24 hours but I have no regret choosing this ($699) over Macbook pro ($1299)!!!

The only issue thus far

So far we are very happy with the purchase.
The only problem I am having is with the browser.
- While playing a video on YouTube, the browser crashes if the video is a bit longer (i.e. 30 mins+.)

The quality is as expected - good (based on all the reviews it has gotten.)
- There is only 1 USB port which is not really great since I wanted to use my keyboard & mouse. But one can go around it by buying a keyboard that has USB port so you can add your mouse.
About the keyboard: I am not sure if there is a special keyboard that works well with LG but I used my wireless keyboard (PC's) and it was not picked up in some websites. Like when I tried to register on Amazon, it did not pick up the keyboard during the registration so I had to input all the credentials using the remote controller. I hope there is a way to get around that...
Overall, ... a satisfied customer (so far!)
