There is NO DIGITAL CODE in the packaging -

I enjoyed this movie. I would probably have rated it 4 stars but it lacks a Digital Copy/Digital HD etc and in 2017 (when I bought it during Black Friday) that is pretty inexcusable for a nearly new movie. I went over to Blu-ray(dot)com to look up the movie and see if I inadvertently fell for one of the stripped down Blu-ray only packaging that they push out during Blk Friday at a cut price but no, at this time there is only one offering (Blu-ray + DVD). UPC 024543034124.
Now I know what the THINK THEY KNOW IT ALLS are going to say why didn't you research it's your fault it's not theirs... or just look at the back cover art blah blah blah...
Does it say it comes with a Digital Copy? - NOPE it doesn't but MANY MANY MANY movies only have that info listed on the slip cover (cardboard o-sleeve) and not on the back or front Cover Art because it was added later or so they can have two variations but that causes problems when they stop making slip covers (o-Sleeves). Since this came sans the slip cover that was not unusual nor are the listings on BB(dot)com as to whether they are accurate in listing whether things do or don't come with a slip cover they have error'd EACH WAY many times in the past.
Yes, I should have looked it up period.
Every single one of the 100+ Blu-rays I brought from November to the first part of December. But I did not, so anyway, just trying to save someone else who DOES come here looking for this info a little bit of frustration.
Also it is not currently Mobile Disc to Digital (only the 1997) version is at this time but hopefully given it lacks a Digital Copy FOX will add this title.

Watch blockbuster Ultra HD movies with this Samsung Blu-ray player. Its HDR support lets you enjoy stunning images with a 4K smart TV, and its UHD upscaling function enhances the quality of lower-resolution content. This Samsung Blu-ray player lets you enjoy immersive media thanks to Dolby Atmos and Dolby True HD technology.

DOES NOT PLAY 3D Blu-ray Discs back in 3D

Best Buy lists this as "3D-Ready Yes " but this is in fact incorrect.
Contacting Customer service @ Samsung says the same thing YES on 3D Blu-rays but a number of users who actually got their hands on these confirmed NO, just like all the other Samsung 4K UHD Blu-ray players from 2017 - none of them play 3D Blu-rays.

This is a Product/Packaging review NOT A MOVIE REV

Very Disappointed in this offering. (NO NOT THE MOVIE) - Rather this new Sony packaging that has split the 3D away from the 4K while still charging the same super high price.
Sony HAD come to be the leader in releases combining 4K + 3D together and now suddenly they have a hit and they want to double gouge (make fans of both 3D & 4K HDR pay twice).
Compare that to, and I can't believe I'm about to say this, compared to Disney and their amazing Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 Steelbook release that contained the 3D + 4K + Blu-ray + Digital HD Only not UHD Digital but still; all that for the SAME tirty five' doll-hairs amount. This is a mark against Sony for sure.
