What can I say, it's an Apple! Some struggles switching from windows to apple but had some idea of the system using iPhone, iPad, iPod touch. But still sooooo many things that are different and need to learn. We miss Word and trouble getting things sent to and received from in Word so not sure what to do for that. Other than that we are good so far.
