This movie is about some mercenaries who go to China looking for gunpowder. The two who survive wind up at the Great Wall in time to help the Chinese fight a horde of horrible monsters. The plot is simple but the special effects and action keep you watching the movie.

The Blu-ray delivered great picture and sound quality. If you like a heroine who can do it all this movie is for you. She is tough as nails as she takes on one monster after another until only her creator remains.

These cartoons never looked better then they do now on Blu-ray. I really appreciate these cartoons because they are the best of the best and remind me of how lucky I was growing up in the 50's and 60's. These cartoons can be watched and appreciated by children and adults. You can't beat the classics watching Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Witch Hazel, Beep Beep the Roadrunner, and many more. It was great to watch these cartoons and laugh again.

This was an entertaining action movie in the Underworld Series. The heroine is recruited to train a new cadre of vampires how to defeat Marius, the new leader of the werewolves. This movie is definitely worth watching and the Blu-ray had good video and sound.

I watched this movie for the third time and I still do not really like it. I saw it at the movie theatre, on VHS, and this time on Blu-Ray. The Blu-Ray provided excellent picture and sound quality. This movie has a dream-like quality through out the entire movie and it just isn't reality. There are some outstanding visuals in this movie but overall I found the movie to be too long, boring and not believable. I watched the longer REDUX version and it was worse than the theatrical version. The movie is worth watching but not more than once.
Somebody at Warner Home Video must have liked this movie. That's the only way to explain why or how Delmer Daves' Spencer's Mountain -- which used to get dumped into edited afternoon time slots on television, in panned-and-scanned form -- has arrived on DVD in a handsome edition like this. Starting with the movie itself, the 2.35-to-1 aspect ratio beautifully captures the original movie's Panavision aspect ratio, which means that those of us who weren't around to see it in 1963 can, at last, appreciate the time and expense that Daves went to, shooting on location in the Grand Tetons of Wyoming. The backgrounds and setting are intoxicating in their beauty, and help overcome some of the movie's periodic awkwardness in dealing with such diverse matters as poor folks and sex. And backing up the presentation of the film are a featurette showing the movie's premiere in the Wyoming town where it was filmed -- including interviews with local townspeople and officials -- and period interviews with Henry Fonda. Additionally, the producers have included a good onscreen biographical portrait of author Earl Hamner as well as of the production of Spencer's Mountain, and its evolution into The Waltons. All of these features are accessible through an easy-to-use menu, and the movie has been further respected with the programming of 31 chapter markers, which is just right for the 118 minute feature.

The Blu-ray provided good audio and video. This is the third movie in which Tom Hanks plays the famous symbologist, Robert Langdon. I thought it was better than Angels & Demons but not quite as good as the Da Vinci Code. Langdon has to solve puzzles in order to find a deadly bacteria before it is released upon the world. The inventor of this new plague wants to save humankind from over population by destroying half of the world's current population. The movie has several twists and turns and will keep you guessing right up to the end.

The Blu-ray provides good video and audio and is a step up from the DVD release. This is a good story that takes place in Mexico as a circus arrives in the late 1800's. James Franciscus is the star of the movie and he provides solid acting as an American Entrepreneur. The real stars of the story is Ray Harryhausen and his dinosaurs, especially Gwangi. I felt sorry for poor old Gwangi in the end. Watch the movie.

The Blu-ray provides excellent video and audio. This movie is a very exciting movie with great action and special effects. The acting is solid and the movie sets the stage for Star Wars IV A New Hope.

This was an interesting western about a Plain Woman from the Plain religion whose husband is killed at the direction of a large cattle rancher who wants her property. The Plain (Religious Sect) People are Sheepherders and Cattle and Sheep don't mix. A wounded gunfighter is found by the Plain Woman and he takes her side in a fight against the cattle rancher. The gunfighter falls in love with the Plain Woman and in the end both the Plain Woman and the Gunfighter have decisions to make about their future.
