Nice big screen but fails to respond consistently

I have only one complaint but it's a big pain. When I want to choose a previously selected route it very often will not accept my screen touch, press or pound! This is very frustrating as my only choice then is to re-enter the destination information, after which it will take me there. Sometimes pressing GO works, many times it doesn't.

Could not set it up

Had owned the first (and very expensive) Sony BD player, the BDP-S1 for over a decade and quite happy with it but it could not play some newer BD's. Bought the BDP-S3700. Carefully followed instructions to set it up. When pushed the INPUT button on the S3700 remote it changed the input channel on the TV and made it so the TV remote could not change it back. This meant the S3700 could not send its signal to the proper TV input channel. Had to turn everything off and restart, which I did many times, always with same result. Kind of soured me on Sony. Returned for refund.
