Great zoom and nice automatic features

Zoom is impressive and it focuses pretty quickly, even at full zoom. Exposure on automatic settings is good, even when there is strong backlighting. I've been very happy with the battery life as well. Very satisfied with this purchase. I haven't had much of a chance to play with any of the manual settings but using it just on "Automatic" has been noticeably better than other point-and-shoot cameras I've used.

Phone is fine, activation needed customer service

I bought the phone along with an 800-minute "double minutes" 1-year airtime card. It took several days and several calls to customer service before the minutes were actually credited to the Account. The phone worked well and the 3x minutes promotion on the phone gave me 2400 minutes for the year (3 x 800 minutes). A month later I bought the same phone and airtime card for my wife and experienced the same problems with activation. It only took one call to get the problem resolved the second time but I had to be transferred to the second-tier support staff.
The customer service agent who added the time to the second phone only added 1200 minutes to the account; saying that the 3x minutes promotion nullified 400 minutes of the airtime card. (I had a different customer support person than I did for the first phone) So if you buy the phone don't spend the extra money for the 800-minute card, go with the cheaper 400-minute 1-year card.

The phone seems to work fine. Battery life is good, camera works well, sound quality is adequate (I liked it enough to buy the second one). The size is a bit smaller than other phones but that's an advantage for me.
