This water filter in my refrigerator water does an excellent job and as soon as it starts to loose performance we can tell the taste and odor in the water even prior to the "replace filter indicator" tells me to.

A couple of items. The battery does not last very long. Fully charged to shutdown is approximately 3-1/2 hours if you are using the computer at all. Cannot remove the battery so basically leave it plugged in all the time.
