LG’s SJ7 Sound Bar Flex offers endless entertainment from a versatile dual-speaker design: The two main speakers can be placed in front of the TV, or to the left/right vertically or in front of and behind the listener for an even more cinematic experience. "Flex" as the name indicates

The LG - SJ7 Sound Bar Flex Wireless Speaker System is slick technology!! The system is nearly wireless, the only connection to your TV is from the main speaker using either HDMI or the supplied optical cable. Once the main speaker is configured, the system configures the rest itself. The supplied instructions are more confusing than the actual setup. The SUBWOOFER is wireless and the 2nd speaker is wireless. I love that the 2nd speaker gives you the ability to take the sound anywhere you go! It features a rechargeable battery and bluetooth. I wonder if you can add additional speakers, LG does not make that clear. There is a difference from the LG Soundbar vs the TV's internal speaker. Works great with my Samsung TV! The sub produces pleasant bass/sound, which is not overbearing. The bluetooth speaker alone sounds decent but not as good as my JBL Charge 3. Overall, I love this sound bar. I don't have a ton of experience with sound bars because I don't watch a lot of tv. However, I think the LG sets a high bar.

Best mouse bar none!

So I am not a HUGE gamer and used the Logitech G703 Mouse with Windows laptop and Macbook Pro. I really like this mouse and feel that it is better than the MX series. The G703 also costs less. On the laptops the mouse was smooth and fast. The mouse had no compatibility issues with either Mac OS or Windows (7 and 10). The mouse can be used wired or wirelessly and charge lasts a day. The G703 does get a tad hot after constant use. The mouse has a solid clicking sound and tactile feel.
A couple of things that I noted, there is no grip on the sides. This may create issues with real gamers. Also you cannot store the USB dongle in the mouse. The mouse is super light. This is both good and bad. The MX series featured the ability to customize weight (a little bit).
If you like a wired mouse without the wires, the G703 is perfect for you. Logitech has a good product here.

The Instax Mini-8 is a fun camera, especially with the film types. Think of the camera as a basic Polaroid without any frills or focus. This is a point and shoot camera with selfie mirror, nothing else. For better quality I recommend the Mini 70. The 70 has some great features. For younger people I would stick with the 8.

The Philips - Avance Collection Indoor Electric Grill is a decent product that does what it is intended for. The "electric grill" is not a new concept, although Philips using a new infrared convection technology. For those living in colder climates who enjoy grilling or live in apartments, the grill will give you that outdoor charcoal grilled feeling without the smoke. I find that preheating up to 10 minutes on full power is important. This being said, the grill has a tendency to cook unevenly. It is also sometimes hard to tell if the food is completely cooked. I am not sure how long the non-stick surface will last. I find many "non-stick" surfaces deteriorate after a few uses. Cleanup is NOT easy, the grill tends to collect grease/fat on the sides. This requires some real scrubbing in hard to reach places.

My previous experience with Jlabs was with a pair of their wired earbuds, which I purchased for the kids. They did not last long at all. I had some hope for the Epic 2 earbuds! After all they are newer, wireless, and Jlabs should have learned something about manufacturing. The packaging is certainly impressive, the earbuds include a nice case, different sized cushions, etc. Sounds quality is decent if they last. Like typical BT earbuds/headphones, there is some choppiness in sound. The Epic 2 are considered sport headphones, therefore they are sweatproof but they did not last. I took for them a bike ride to test them out. In fact they died the day I received them! Giving the JLAB EPIC 2, TWO stars is being generous!

Comfortable but questionable compatibility

Logitech typically makes nice accessories for computers. The Logitech - MX Master 2S is nice, comfortable to use, and offers typical Logitech quality. The mouse can be used with Bluetooh or USB dongle. Bluetooth cuts out when another BT device is detected, so I suggest the USB. I tested the mouse with a 2011 MBP and some of the buttons did not work. Tested with Windows 7 laptop, the mouse worked a lot better. Tested with Windows 10, some button issues occurred again. All of these issues are driver related. Otherwise the mouse is smooth and works great when everything is just right.

In a muddled marketplace.

I am not sure why Samsung wants to get in the networking marketplace that is already saturated. They should stick to what they know, consumer electronics, appliances, home goods etc. I am not thrilled with my Samsung phone BTW but that is partially the carriers fault. Anyway, about the Samsung Connect Home Pro. After trying the all powerful Linksys Velop, the Samsung offering is not very appealing. I understand the concept of a mesh network, it's all the rage! The idea of decluttering your home network from routers, switches, etc. The Connect Home system is controlled by an APP like any other home WIFI network appliances these days. Samsung acquired a company called Smarthings, which makes a similar product. The Smarthings and Samsung are interchangeable but the apps are not compatible from what I have heard. The Connect Home Pro is available as a single unit or a 3 pack. In a mesh network, one device connects to another and so forth. Thanks to the Connect Home router, you can add your Samsung connected appliances to a physical hub. If you connect your Samsung appliances to the router via Wi-Fi, you can control them using the Connect Home smartphone app. You eliminate dead spots in your WIFI but the Connect Home Pro is NOT seamless. It is tricky to setup and lacks some hardware and software features.

Better than the smaller brethren

I previously tested the AQ9 and was a little harsh in my review. The AQ9 was not up to par, I believe size had a lot to do with that. Welcome to something more tangible, bigger...with beefier sound. The sound is still a tad muddy but I realized that these speakers are meant to be rugged. You may give up clarity for the ability to go anywhere and do anything. The LifeProof - AQUAPHONICS AQ11 is much larger than the AQ9, a whole lot bigger. You get a waterproof., drop proof, do everything speaker. I did not test the ruggedness but Lifeproof has a history behind tough. The speaker sounds decent enough with better bass. Against my JBL Charge 3, the AQ11 did not sound quite as crisp. However, again the audio is decent. I prefer this design over the AQ9,which was not much of anything. Battery life is over the top - 13 whopping hours. I don't take my speakers out often, usually in the garage while working. Controls are easily accessible, certainly better than the JBL Charge 3. Features a USB Charging port and a hideaway waterproof box built into the belly. Other manufacturers are able to give you better sound with waterproofing. Granted...the others are not drop poof or submersible. If you live an active lifestyle the LifeProof - AQUAPHONICS AQ11 is for you!

Good vacuum, lousy software

So the wife and I have gone through many vacuums...more than usual. We have the worst luck with these things!
Vacuum:
I am still skeptical about the Samsung R7040 and how long it will stand up. As a vacuum it does quite well. The technology has come a long long way. This can run once or repeat until it runs out of battery. The mapping capability is amazing and it adjusts for carpet height, flooring, etc. The vacuum did not get stuck or crash into anything. Cleans in straight lines, nice and smooth. It is relatively quiet, does not disturb sleeping kids or drown out the TV. It works as stated, kudos to Samsung for making something useful and not just foo-foo. Other concerns were battery life, maintenance, and consumables. Battery life is good, maintenance is easy, and there are no consumables (bags, etc). Emptying the dust cup is easy.

The software would be awesome if it did not crash. It is buggy particularly with Android. However, when it works...it is useful.
