I bet you didn't know that larger headphones are also called "CANS". The Audio-Technica ATH-SR6BT Wireless Headphones fall into that category. What I love about these headphones is that they can be used both wired and wirelessly. I still think wired is way to go.....but yes I know its technology. The most important thing is sound...no matter the size. Bigger does NOT mean better! I have a decent pair of Harmon Kardon Headphones, I have also owned old school Sony headsets from the 80's. I have used Beats, Klipsch, Bose, etc. My main headset right now are Plantronics bluetooth (BT) headphones mainly for fitness. The sound is decent, clarity is good. I appreciate a little bass but not crazy like BEATS or other bass rich CANS. The volume (loudness) is good....I like it loud! Clarity means that I can hear actual instruments, not muddled sound. Battery life is acceptable but these are larger so I would want a better battery capacity. They are plasticky, light but I want some metal to know that these will hold up. Are they sweat proof? Not sure. These are NOT studio quality but tech wise they feature NFC, compatible with Qualcomm aptX, AAC and SBC codecs. If you are looking for good CANS - take a look at the SR6BT.

I tested both the Fossil Q Nate and Q Marshal. I am not sure if I can blame the Google OS, however the Fossil Q does not work properly. Let's start with basics - counting steps. The watch does NOT have GPS and relies on algorithms. Therefore, the counting steps is way off. I tested this against an el-cheapo pedometer. Fossil Tech Support suggests wearing the watch on the dominant side. However, i should not have to do that. Notifications from email/text were OK just that they blipped past very quickly. For replying to text messages, the only useable option was the MIC and that did not work, especially in slightly noisy areas. I contacted Fossil tech support and there were quite a few settings to change. However, that did not fix anything. The screen is tiny and missing a chunk of real estate because of a sensor. I believe it is the implementation of the OS by Fossil....not the OS itself. For the price, you are better off getting a classic timepiece. Basically, the Fossil Q is good for TIME.

I thought the Linksys - EA9500 Max-Stream AC5400 router was the MOM of all routers. Apparently, that is not accurate. The Linksys AC4000 MU-MIMO Tri-band Router is another beast! The router is massive in size and features. This is a TRI-band router with Dual 5Ghz and 2.0ghz which true to the description offers blazing speed for demanding users. The router is made for very large households but honestly I would use this in a business. It is business class! The AC4000 has a Quad Core processor at 1.8gz with 512mb ram. With the ability to serve up to 21 devices, the router dedicates signal to the devices. This results in combined speeds of 4.0gz across the bands. If you are WIFI hungry, this is the router to get! Other features include the USB 3.0 port, WPA2 encryption and SP1 firewall for added layers of security. I compared this against the Linksys EA9500 and it is on par. I could not tell a difference in speeds between the two. Both very capable routers. If you are into gaming, streaming TV, or 4K Linksys is the way to go!

LifeProof - Aquaphonics AQ9 Portable Bluetooth Speaker is a decent little bluethooth speaker. It is rugged, easy to carry around, and connects with up to 8 devices. It also features a built in carabiner clip for portability. Don't expect great sound quality, the sound is muddy and volume does not go very high. I don't expect earth shattering volume but in situations where there is a lot of noise, volume is needed. The speaker is apparently drop resistant but I did not test that. 8-) My most burning question is can the speaker pair with other LifeProof speakers? There is no info available on the net, LifeProof does not even show this on their site. The ability to pair would be sweet!

Neat concept but lacks oomph!!

The Polk Boom Bit is a neat little bluetooth speaker, however it's not much better than the phone's speaker. Lacks that punch that people want from their sound. The Boom Bit is easy to charge and use but the battery lasts only about 40 minutes on a full charge. The company indicates that the battery should last 3 hours. I am going to put this on my desk at work and use it to listen to music. Should be good enough for something like that. Riding the bike, I am not sure that I would be able to hear the music. The clip is sturdy for running, cycling, etc but sound is another question. Comes in a few different colors to match your lifestyle.

My son has the Hyper X Cloud Gaming headset, which are higher end. He is an experienced gamer so I asked him to try out the Razer Kraken V2 Pro headset. For the most part he liked the Kraken V2. They are comfortable, made from durable materials. The sound is muddy and bassy but apparently you can tweak the sound using the Razer Synapse. There is no comparison to the Hyper X Cloud headset and I have read that gamers also opted for Turtle Beach headsets. Everyone has different ears and different preferences, maybe the sound will be OK for you. The question is how long these headphones will last, the Hyper X is ultra durable.

Vacuum cleaners are a bane in this household. In the 20 years we have gone through 30 vacuums. Not a joke! They simply break down. We have tried Hoover, LG, Eureka, Bissell, etc. Price and quality are not the issues. We stayed away from Dyson because we felt it was more hype than function. Friends told us to try Dyson but we still stayed clear. Who wants to spend $500 on a vacuum because with our luck it will break. We were off base! After trying the Multi Floor 2, my wife and I are impressed. This machine is a work of art, lightweight, quiet, and works great! It really sucks up dirt. The rolling ball makes cleaning effortless and easier to maneuver. People told us that the Dyson is worth every penny and I believe they were right! Love the Dyson MF 2!! The cannister does not hold much but it's easy empty. I excitedly put the Dyson together and used it...felt like the carpet had not been vacuumed in weeks. What a difference!

Purchased as an open box, Pleasantly surprised at the overall quality, the aluminum chassis feels solid. At the price point, a 256 SSD with 8gb RAM and I5 processor is nice. The 2in1 display is bright and the touch screei is receptive. Certainly would not pay full price but at the open box deal, it is a good value.

The Af-s Dx Nikkor 35mm F/1.8g lens is a "standard" lens for modern digital slr cameras With the crop factor of APS-C sensors, the 35mm focal length is essentially as "normal" as you can get. It is a little wider than the 50mm. The lens is good for portraits, street photography, Price wise, this is lens is a better value.

The SanDisk - Ultra Plus 64GB SDXC Class 10 UHS-1 Memory Card offers fast speed, mainly for video. However, I find write times for my Nikon DSLR to be quicker than some of the other SD cards that I own. I am a little disappointed that Best Buy does not carry more selection of SD Cards in store. There is a Sandisk Ultra 64gb SDXC Class 10 card available at a lower cost. I could not determine the difference between "ultra-plus" and "ultra". Asking the NOT so KNOWLEDGEABLE associate, the canned reply was "these are faster". Yes but how much faster? BB also would not match the price of AMZ, even tho the ULTRA icard is basically the same thing. Anyway 64gb of space is sweet and Sandisk makes a quality product.

I'm going to Bonnaroo this summer and you are allowed to bring in a camera with detachable lenses as long as its shorter than 2 inches. So, is this lens shorter than two inches and would it be a good lens for photographing people and the bands?
