I wasn't given too many choices when it came to a case for my Moto G4 phone...clear or black. This was okay with me for it made my decision a simple one. I went with the clear and I got a compliment from a friend of mine as to how it looks. I like it, too. The case suits this phone fine. I am grateful that the Incipio-Ngp case was presented to me by a Best Buy employee during my business with them. Pleased with this purchase. Reasonable price, too.

I did not want to spend a lot of money on a smartphone. This is the first time that I purchased a Motorola G4 phone. The reasonable price and the fact that Best Buy was able to transfer my contacts from my old phone to the new one and set me up with Verizon who is my present cell phone provider was most appealing. (Best Buy employees are respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful.) This phone is universal and unlocked. These features appealed to me as well. The Moto G4 does not have some of the features involving texting that I have been accustomed to. I'm spoiled. I've had the phone for a few months now and I am still discovering new things about it that I like and that my old phone did not have. I'm a senior citizen and I can get easily overwhelmed by all the changes that go with mobile phones. This Moto G4 suits me fine. The Motorola customer service is great. The representatives have been patient with me during the times that I have called, when I could not figure how to use a feature on my phone. (I did check out the user guide online before I felt I needed to make a call.) I am happy with my purchase.
