Stopped working after a month.

I really enjoyed using this Chromebook, until it stopped working a month after purchase. I am a freelancer and use this computer exclusively for work. A month after purchase, tabs and new windows started opening on their own, the keyboard stopped responding and would type letters randomly. New tabs would open and start zooming in all the way without my touch. Per Best Buy's warranty policy, the only option was to send the computer away for 2-3 weeks for evaluation and repair. Considering the higher price point for a Chromebook, I am VERY dissatisfied that this new Samsung model (which was released the week of my purchase) was faulty after such little use. I am VERY dissatisfied that only after a month of purchase, Best Buy could not offer a replacement or rental option for this computer. I await the return of my Chromebook from Best Buy's tech center and remain very dissatisfied by my customer service experience at Best Buy and by this product.
