Black ink works color does not

I got this printer with an HP envy laptop I am pleased with the laptop. However, the printer will not work with a color cartridge. I exchanged color cartridges and it still does not work. Called geek squad, they were no help. I will be coming to the store to exchange the printer. If they will not exchange I will never purchase or step foot in any Best Buy store ever again as well as tell everyone I know.

Computer is great printer not

The envy computer works great. I bought it for my fiancé who is in college. However the office jet printer we got with it has never worked with a color cartridge. I even exchanged to get a new color cartridge and still does not work. I called the geek squad and they will not exchange my printer. I am going to try one more time by taking the printer to the store to exchange, if they do not I will never step foot in a Best Buy store ever again as well as tell everyone I know not to purchase anything from Best Buy.
