I bought this phone for my cousin who needed a decent smartphone with Chinese as a language setting option. The price was great - $250. The only hiccup was that my cousin is on T-Mobile and this is a Verizon phone (unlocked). It initially worked fine, but then his phone didn't get a signal. At T-Mobile store, the employee called T-Mobile and somehow got something reset at the tower (?). Now it works fine. It has been only two weeks, but hopefully everything will be all ok now.
