Cons: Kinda slow, not as fast as the USB 3.0 port can go. Best for unattended backups. Wouldn't recommend using as a program drive.

Really cleans various surfaces and has wheels that extend from the bottom to go from hard to carpeted floors. The user interface is really simple almost too simple. Just charge it up and let it go. If it is in the middle of cleaning and the battery gets low it will stop and return to its base to charge up. NOTE: If it is blocked from returning (nosy dog gets in the way for example) it may get lost and then it will try to maneuver around d the blockage and if it still gets blocked it stops and powers down. There is a software update from neato for the unit that we have not applied yet via its USB port.

Non-App inferface?
Can the WeMo switch be controlled from a Windows/Linux computer via web (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc) or SSH? I'd like to use in conjunction with an automated process that can be run from Windows or Linux to power cycle devices.
No wemo does not directly support that. But I have heard of people controlling it from a virtual android device. Insteon devices are better suited for automation with apps like eventghost or telnet scripts.

Does this work with Windows Vista?
Yes but you need to use the Seagate drivers.

Would this be capatible with a Hitachi deskstar HDT725040VLA360 hard drive
It is also a SATA drive with the same dimensions. Confirm your computers BIOS supports very large drives before purchasing. Also note drives as large as these may take hours to format for the 1st time.
