Good, but nothing that stands out

I bought this laptop for my wife to replace an older model. It works, well, ok. Nothing spectacular. There are a lot of little minor issues, which may be the computer, or Windows 8 causes. The trackpad is very jumpy, even when sensitivity levels are changed, and sometimes randomly clicks on the exact thing you don't want it to click on. My wife uses an external mouse to get around this. Is this a Windows 8 settings issue? I don't know. The main problem she has, which she also had with her old computer, which was only a year old, also running Windows 8, was that anytime she tried to view a video, whether on Facebook, Youtube, Netflix, the video would go green. The Best Buy associate assured us this computer would not have this same problem. He was wrong.

Seeing that the two different computers both had this problem, it is possible it is a Windows 8 glitch, but we will see when 10 is released.

The specs are decent for the price, and the touchscreen is included if you are in to that sort of thing, but nothing really stands out as spectacular enough to be excited about.
