what kind of EQ adjustments can you make? On my old Onkyo, it only gave you a shelf EQ for treble and bass. I'm hoping the Pioneer has more options than that. Does anyone know?

Does the receiver have to be turned on, in order to get TV sound ?? Or will the audio pass-through when the unit is off.
