Excellent midgrade wireless headset. I have had an Xbox One for quite some time, and have been happy to use the included chat headset ever since. Recently, said headset broke and I was forced to find a replacement. I quickly found out that finding a quality headset (particularly, a wireless headset) was incredibly difficult.
After extensive research (and a few poor purchases) I finally wound up with this entry from Turtle Beach. The product does everything that it promises on the box. I've been playing RS:Siege quite a bit lately and this headset has delivered high-quality communication and produced excellent sound feedback as well. I can hear things with these headphones that I could not with the freebie chat headset and TV sound.
Comfort is good. Long gaming sessions will inevitably result in sore ears but I have a large dome and big ears anyway so I suppose that's unavoidable. The headset does feel lightweight and isn't overly bulky.
The product stays out of the 5-star realm due to its occasional drop off in connectivity. It has never dropped out in the middle of a game, but occasionally when first taking it off the charger I have to unplug the USB adapter and plug it back in again so the Xbox can rediscover the headset. This occurs perhaps every 20th time, and certainly isn't a deal breaker but worth mentioning.
All in all an excellent headset and one of the best prices you'll find on a high-quality wireless headset.
Brother Work Smart Series All-in-One Printer: Print, copy, scan and fax with ease using this all-in-one, which offers Wi-Fi Direct for simple access to your network and easy mobile device printing. Access and print files on a variety of cloud services, including Google Cloud Drive and Dropbox, directly from the printer.
I had an old Canon MX410 that while still functional, was starting to get very loud so I decided it was time for a replacement. I wanted a color printer that had an ADF and wasn't in the $300-$400 range. I'm not interested in printing photos, but find the need to scan multiple pages at once and occasionally have to print letters/reports/etc.
After doing some research I decided to try this Brother. This unit fits the bill quite nicely. It's fairly compact, simple to set-up, and is loaded with more features than I need. The print quality is quite good, and it is considerably quicker and quieter than my old Canon.
What keeps this printer from getting a full 5 stars is its lackluster appearance and somewhat cheap feel. The pullout tray is a bit flimsy and Brother certainly didn't do much to make the printer aesthetically appealing. The printer works though, so I can't justify docking it more than a single style point.
