I purchased this kit from Best Buy, I had the Best Buy guys install the washer and dryer, so I didn't have to use this, but it seemed they had little to no issue working with this model. If you have to install a new washer and dryer, you might as well pick this up to save some time.

These items were a bit overpriced at Best Buy, but not by any significant amount, so I went ahead and picked them up. They work exactly as they should, they were VERY easy to install and flexed well, with no kinks that can occur in rubber hoses.

It works, but WHY did I buy it?

I bought the pedestal for both my washer and dryer, and I can only blame the rush of the deal that best buy gave me, along with some new home vanity. These pedestals do raise the washer and dryer to a more accessible height, but there is simply NOTHING that fits under the washer and dryer for storage, unless you store some very flat items. Certainly, no washing related items like detergent and fabric softener bottles fit....
All in all, they work as they claim, they don't have any negative impact on washer stability, and they look cool... but unless you have money to burn, pass on the pedestals, they don't do much.

My first Samsung Dryer

All dryers have been front-loading since I can remember, but this is my first matching set, purchased with my Samsung washer (also reviewed). I purchased the pair because Consumer Reports rated Samsung models very high (and they had lower reported repairs than other models) and because Best Buy did a price match on a competitor sale. This unit must go on sale often since I paid $599, and recently I saw it at Best Buy for $579, so if you're in the market, keep your eyes opened. I made the mistake of going for the storage bins, I guess I thought it made them look cool, but WHAT A WASTE.... Nothing I use fits under the washer or dryer.

-VERY quiet
-Easy to use control panel
-Wrinkle prevention mode works well
-Musical start-up and cycle finish makes me smile
-Power and Cycle Start buttons
-Lint screen is EASIEST to use EVER

Do more laundry in less time. This spacious Samsung washer takes fewer loads to get all your laundry done. Plus, you can use it anytime, because everyone will sleep right through the reduced noise and vibration levels.

My first front-loaders

This is my first front-loading machine, and I chose Samsung because they are highly rated by both Consumer Reports (this particular model didn't rate highest, but still faired better than the standard brands like Kenmore) and by customers who have posted ratings online. I bought the washer and dryer, and I splurged on the storage bins that raise them up (although I DO NOT recommend the storage, there isn't anything that I use that actually fits under them - complete waste of money).
Washer Pros:
-Musical start/stop (cheeky, but it's cute)
-Quieter than I expected
-Power button, Start button
-Amazingly brilliant with fabric softener (clothes smell better than with the downy ball)
-Allows for powdered detergent, recommends liquid
-Ease of controls and understanding how to make changes
-Water temp options
-Easily add an additional spin or rinse cycle
-My clothes smell clean
-Ability to turn off the musical sounds the unit makes
-Musical start/stop (cheeky, but it's cute)
-Quieter than I expected
-Power button, Start button
-Amazingly brilliant with fabric softener (clothes smell better than with the downy ball)

Overall, I am not completely sold on front-load washers being more efficient or better in any way except my clothes smell so much better. Best Buy usually has a killer sale on these (I paid $599, then they had them on sale for $579), and I got a price match on a competitor price - which is why I really love Best Buy.

The thinnest iPad ever is also the most capable. It's loaded with advanced technologies, including the Touch ID fingerprint sensor.

LOVE this device. Apple is notorious for incremental upgrades to their hardware, but the iPad Air 2 doubled-up what they normally do. It's ridiculously light and fast. Having Touch ID and ApplePay on an iPad is brilliant!
