Can't find replacement tips for it.

You need to stock replacement tips (nibs) for it. I couldn't find any so I had to buy a new pen from Sam's club. Also, I bought a new IPad from you in July 2016, and recently went to my Verizon location to update my wireless plan, they couldn't help me because their records show I had bought a 2014 model that needed updating. I thought I bought the latest model so I am NOT happy about that. I drove 30 miles to the nearest Best Buy to me (Sherman, Tx), only to find out they couldn't help me either. I tried to buy new nibs for my pen while I was there, only to find out they don't carry them either so it was a wasted trip all together. So disappointed with Best Buy. I will think twice before shopping there again.
